As luck would have it, I ended up here. Although I don't usually like fish dishes, there are many very tasty alternatives. The service is very attentive, welcoming, and authentic. Highly recommended!

The welcome was warm. The dishes are simple and not very generous, but that's the concept of a "cantinola" (small, casual restaurant). The veal escalope was served in very thin slices, 2 mm thick, with almost no side dishes, which was disappointing. We ordered additional sides and it came to 80 euros for two people…

Authentic Italian restaurant. The gluten-free spaghetti carbonara was the best I've ever had—absolutely delicious. My partner ordered the same dish with gluten and was also delighted. Excellent service, and they gave us free mandarin oranges for dessert.

My good friend recommended this restaurant for its friendly service, and delicious seafood options for reasonable prices. Ever since then, it has become my go to spot whenever I come to Rome. What i especially like about this restaurant is that sometimes it has a special ingredient of the day like octopus. I recently was hoping for octopus but instead, there were beautiful Porcini mushrooms. Mushrooms were cooked in olive oil w a hint of garlic and parsely. They were so delicious. Spaghetti alla vongole, grilled seafood are always superb! The owner is very kind and everyone i met there are friendly.
