26/11/2025: I went to this place located in the countryside of Bagnolo Piemonte on the occasion of the band's lunch, the road in the last stretch is uphill so be careful in bad weather, the place is very bright well structured for groups with many participants, there were 200 of us, I must say that I had a good time there was a nice refreshment with many very intriguing appetizers, we started with an appetizer of raw meat carpaccio with parmesan shavings, then a delicious salad, pepper flan with bagna cauda... good flan but the bagna cauda... is something else, then the risotto with apples and speck creamed with Trento brut... definitely a dish not successful... sweetish... I have never eaten such a sweet risotto... in fact it is the only dish that neither I nor the others at my table asked for seconds, much better the tagliolini with ragù... even if I think the ragù had an unexpected problem... you could feel a slight taste burnt... as if it had been on the stove... without turning it, however, I found the leg with potatoes and spinach very well done and I also saw that the cake was appreciated (even if I didn't eat it because I don't like sweets) very present and prepared staff, so far the positive notes but there are 2 things I would like to point out I was at the last table at the back of the room and behind me there was a double door that kept opening and very cold air came in, they intervened several times with a wooden wedge... but it didn't solve much I think that a small latch would be a more effective and low-cost solution, then the thing that horrified me... is seeing the handle of the emergency exit of the last door at the back was broken or rather some screws were missing... I believe that an emergency exit must always be kept at maximum efficiency... precisely because of its function and considering that you had the room full... I didn't like it at all I hope it has already been repaired... because since I have friends who come to you I told them to check and if It is still in the same consideration to send me a photo that I will report to the competent authorities, it is a nice place and if the critical issues that I reported are eliminated it will also be very pleasant I gave 4🌟 in general, 5 🌟 for the staff and 3🌟 for the situation of the 2 doors that absolutely need to be resolved
10/11/2025: Let's start with the aperitivo; you can't even imagine having an aperitivo outside in the cold on November 9th.
You ask for the wine list, and the person in charge comes and tells you what wines they have (without mentioning the various wineries).
As for the food, let's skip the meat agnolotti, with a few intruders that were cheese-filled (lucky there were no intolerances), and the fritto misto was a bit limited in its saltiness and the batter was too thick.
