My absolute favourite place. I love everything. Food is amazing, winelist is very fair priced but the best thing about the place are the people😀. They make you feel so welcome and like you are part of the family. Every restaurant should be like this❤️🇮🇹🍷

Restaurant with excellent food, I highly recommend the entirely homemade dessert! The only flaw is the somewhat rushed service, which makes customers want to leave as quickly as possible.

La Cantinetta in Barolo was a real discovery! Even though we didn't have a reservation, they warmly welcomed us and "invented" a place for us near the counter, among the gifts brought by guests. And honestly, we would have had no problem sitting there every time – the welcoming, family atmosphere made us feel right at home. Every dish we ordered was simply delicious – fresh, rich in authentic flavors, and a true pleasure for the palate. The authentic taste of Piedmontese cuisine won us over immediately. But what truly makes La Cantinetta special isn't just the food, but the two gentlemen who run it. Their passion, warmth, and attention to detail create a unique atmosphere that's hard to find elsewhere. They truly are the heart and soul of this place, and without them, the experience wouldn't be the same. And even if you're unsure whether adding cheese to the ravioli del plin is necessary – doubtfully, yes! "I didn't want it, and he put it on me." – a little joke that only those who have been there can understand, but which will surely remain an unforgettable memory. Dear Sirs, I hope you had a relaxing evening yesterday, and we wish you a wonderful New Year. A lovely place in Barolo, a spacious room with an open fireplace that creates a lovely atmosphere, with the "scent of times gone by" where the wood-burning stove once stood. A look around the room is a must, featuring unique ornaments and paintings. The waiter was professional and friendly. The food was all excellent, very tasty and beautifully plated. I wasn't particularly fond of the lamb chops because I expected them to be tastier, but I probably made the mistake of asking for medium rare... but overall, I would definitely return.

A welcoming, family-friendly place, truly delicious food (the grilled quail legs were sublime), and impeccable service from the gentleman who served us, a very knowledgeable and friendly person. Good value for money.
