We stumbled upon this osteria by chance. Initially, they told us there was no room, but then, inexplicably, they seated us. The food was absolutely excellent, but I'm sorry to say the service left a bit to be desired.
As for appetizers, we had a cheese tasting, but no explanation was given as to what we were eating. The same was true for the jams (which lacked a spoon to scoop them onto our plates). We had to ask for a glass of wine several times. They asked me if I wanted Parmesan, and when I said yes, they simply spooned it onto my plate, spilling half of it on me (they could have left it on the table). Finally, we split the bill Roman-style, and we were charged an extra euro for the overage.

Good food, but little attention to customer service: Dishes are left on the table without any presentation. Jams and cheeses are left without cutlery. Eggs are shared directly on the plate.

Excellent restaurant, with truly well-prepared Piedmontese dishes. Superb Fassone tartare, very good tajarin, mushroom risotto. Excellent and superb cheeses. The egg with truffle is amazing! Good wine list and very good service!

Letteralmente uno dei ristoranti più buoni in cui abbia avuto il piacere di mangiare, difficile chiedere di meglio, soprattutto se rapportato a prezzi che sono più che onesti, una portata più buona dell'altra, tanti complimenti!

Très jolie terrasse ombragée, accueil et service, très souriants et efficaces.
Les plats sont délicieux : cailles désossées rôties et moelleuses avec petites courgettes croquantes (Il manquait peut-être un peu de jus) que je recommande.
cuisine Slowfood à des prix très corrects
délicieux vin blanc Roero Arneis Le serveur nous a également gentiment conseillé pour un verre de Barolo Délicieux : nous reviendrons.
