We returned to Pistoia and stopped at this restaurant again, which confirmed our expectations once again!! We stopped for dinner upon our arrival in the city. Excellent choices for both food and pizza. The tagliata was excellent, and the pizza was equally delicious. The service was five-star. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!!

Nice place a stone's throw from the center in a small street with a few outdoor tables. Noteworthy service, punctual, efficient and prepared. Beef tartar good and served in a nice shovel. Good appetizers and a wide selection of pizzas with authentic and thin dough to choose from. Excellent draft beers. Chocolates with fresh fruit and cannolo tiramisu are truly worth trying. Fair quality and price. Nice place to spend a pleasant evening.

05/10/2025: Excellent pastry shop in the center of Monsummano. The staff is very kind and attentive to their customers' needs. They produce both gluten- and gluten-free products, without the risk of cross-contamination. Between the two of us, we had two cappuccinos, a croissant with their chocolate cream (highly recommended), and a gluten-free pain au chocolat. Everything was delicious. The prices are slightly higher than average, but for the quality, it's absolutely worth it.
16/09/2025: Vegan croissants always available. Excellent vegan and gluten-free pastries made to order. Excellent artisanal preparations, sublime vegan chocolate mousse! Single-serving price: €8.00 for a vegan and gluten-free cake.

25/10/2025: Dear readers, the best opportunities are often those we least expect. While on a business trip to Pistoia, our hosts introduced us to a superb restaurant. Located a stone's throw from Pistoia train station, Carradossi is a restaurant for connoisseurs. Home-style cooking, quality produce, fresh pasta, and a focus on seafood and fish. Everything I love 💕. So, more than just a tip, I'd say it's a must-visit if you're passing through Pistoia.
