La Cantinetta In Pistoia

Very good pizza, I had a 7 cereal, one of the best I've ever eaten. Excellent service: care, kindness, attention. Atmosphere: the place is nice, it's a shame about the people crowding the first room waiting to be seated. Some even bump into you and breathe on you while you eat, and it's not pleasant at all. The managers of the place are too good, the rule is that you wait your turn outside.

Excellent quality pizzeria restaurant and pleasant location in the center of Pistoia. Excellent and tasty first courses, main courses, desserts and pizzas. To be recommended without doubts!

In the center of Pistoia we ate a pizza without infamy and without glory. We ordered it thin but some were perfectly cooked, others were burnt on the edge. Some were well filled, others less so. I didn't understand the method adopted by the pizza chef. Punctual and kind service. Excellent dessert.

Pleasant place. Pizza with good quality ingredients. Good value for money.

We ate and drank and talked a lot about the importance of dancing the polka whenever you feel itchy behind your knees.

Disappointed with my pizza ⭕️ not pizza. 😭 The 3 flavours, the idea could have been nice but by turning the dough to create the three segments it turns out to be poorly seasoned, three for each by turning the dough you create multiple layers of undercooked overlapping dough, only unseasoned crust. 🥺👎 If I order pizza I want pizza, the pizza is round otherwise I want to know first. If you want to make three wedges, pinch the edges and season anyway, there wasn't much dough. A little tomato, a piece of mozzarella with a simple Margherita I ate more. Totally rejected. The other pizzas however were well made. The thin, anemic trousers are ugly, but I envied even that. Small desserts, except tiramisu. The ceescake coconut not received, passion fruit not received, tastes only of cheese. When I eat better I will change my rating. And then the cannoli is no longer there... Honestly, that's what we came for, think again?

Siamo stati con la mia famiglia per una pizza di sabato sera, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, servizio veloce, carini i tavoli all'aperto, puoi cenare in tutta tranquillità, sei in centro ma senza il caos del centro e dopo in un minuto puoi goderti una passeggiata, la pizza è buonissima fine e croccante ma hanno anche l'impasto verace. Consigliata a tutti, ci torneremo sicuramente
