Here you will find quality raw materials and professional and courteous staff. They brought us water immediately, then we ordered a pierrade for three, which included 5 types of meat: lamb, veal, chicken, sausage and pork, accompanied by an endless array of fantastic sauces, fries and vegetables. We asked for an additional portion of courgettes and they immediately accommodated us. The service was impeccable. We accompanied dinner with a delicious Aosta Valley craft beer, and so as not to miss anything, our son had the Bon Bec cup, my wife an off-menu ice cream and strawberries, and I an absinthe. What can I say, highly recommended! Excellent value for money.

Excellent service for courtesy and professionalism. Cozy environment. Food to forget: I hope it was a simple mishap or distraction on the part of the cook, but everything we "attempted" to eat was too loaded with salt. We only tasted the first ones and immediately gave up on eating them. But given the reviews, it was certainly an episodic event

Excellent restaurant, certainly the one with the best and friendliest service in Cogne, at least compared to the 4-5 other places we visited. Very very well cared for interiors in traditional style. The food was good, although perhaps the meat dishes were very tasty for our palate. A good red would perhaps have complemented the meal better than our choice of local beer (although very good).

Ci siamo recati a cena per assaporare la cucina locale e ci siamo trovati benissimo.
Lo stile è quello tipico della baita di montagna, i piatti notevoli e le materie prime freschissime.
Abbiamo preso la Fondue Chinoise per due e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti, la consiglio vivamente.

Historic place in Cogne.
Very nice environment in my opinion.
Restaurant that must be booked in advance.
We had lunch during the Christmas holidays.
I remembered the service as less rushed.
As a dish we took the "La pierrade" very well known in France and in Val d'Aosta.
It is meat cooked on stone (which you cook directly at the table) and seasoned with an infinite number of sauces, each more delicious than the other.
