When I come to Italy for the Christmas holidays, I always stop by Cogne and eat here. Prices are high, so it's not a cheap restaurant, but the food is good. Service is a little slow.

Beautiful location, very characteristic in classic Aosta Valley style, very well-kept inside. At dinner with friends from the Aosta Valley, we enjoyed the appetizers, especially the charcuterie board. I personally enjoyed a superb pierrade, very rich in both meat and vegetables, all washed down with an excellent Cornalin red wine. The desserts were excellent, especially the Cogne cream with classic tegole. Finally, thanks to Alessia and Giulia, who with rare kindness made our experience at La Brasserie du Bon Bec wonderful.

A very positive experience, with a wide selection of carefully prepared traditional dishes. Everything was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, explaining all the menu items in great detail.

A traditional restaurant with excellent ingredients. You can tell the staff are committed and dedicated, and it's clearly reflected in the quality of the service. Kudos to the manager, a professional with a passion for what he does. We'll definitely be back!

One of the best culinary experiences for traditional food, a unique place, very beautiful in my opinion, delicious food.
Prices are definitely not low, but in line with restaurants serving traditional food in the region.
