Quite poor starter, main i had trout that was good but a bit too dry, main friend had 2 different meat but didn't taste great . All over a bit disappointed , a lot to be improved.

I returned to the Bon Bec Brasserie after at least twenty years and found the same quality of the dishes as back then, the same courtesy of the staff and the same ability to make people feel good at the table. I hope it won't be another twenty years before I can return because for sure if I return to Valle d'Aosta this will be a certain stop.

Spectacular location and dinner! We couldn't have chosen a better place for a typical Aosta Valley dinner. Abundant and well-presented starters, followed by an unforgettable fondue. Definitely a culinary experience to repeat. Note of thanks to the professionalism of the staff!

Super recommended! Cozy place, friendly staff in typical costume, truly high-quality traditional food. Fantastic dishes: we tried salad with warm breaded goat cheese, chestnut soup, potato and vegetable gratin, meringue ice cream cup with chocolate.

Do you like to eat well, local food and also not leave the restaurant still hungry? Here you really have everything. Very, very good food and generous portions. Menu with several local dishes. Try 4 courses, all spectacular. Pampered by the staff who serve you in local clothes. Cozy and clean. As I am very demanding, I didn't find anything that wasn't right. If you pass through Cogne it would be really foolish not to stop here.

Locale tipico di montagna con un servizio non sempre puntuale e talvolta distratto. Tagliere tipico buono e abbondante, costine di maiale segnalate come loro specialità secche e stoppose. Dolci buoni. Prezzi medi. Non ci tornerei.

Auberge De La Maison Restaurant

19/07/2024: We recently dined at the restaurant in this hotel, although we stayed at a different hotel nearby. The setting is magnificent and unique, particularly if you have the chance to dine outside. The menu was extensive with a good variety of dishes. While the quality of the food was decent, it was very average—nothing particularly special. However, the service was excellent, with very friendly and attentive staff. I would recommend this restaurant if you go without high expectations for the cuisine. It offers good value for money overall.

Ristorante Pizzeria Caesar

09/07/2024: Very good restaurant with a very warm welcome. The boss speaks French. The Italian cuisine is very good. Pizzas too. You can try it without fear, I recommend it.
