Very cozy restaurant, friendly staff. Overall the food was good but not extraordinary. We loved the interior of the restaurant. Prices were fair, enough variety on the menu.

A very beautiful, welcoming location with attention to detail, including the background music. We ordered a platter of typical Aosta Valley products and, of course, polenta. Excellent dishes! The staff is attentive, courteous, and professional. Good value for money. I recommend it.

We had two fondues, both very good. Two desserts, a huge Bon Bec cup, and a strudel, a half bottle of wine, and coffee, all very good and well-priced! Fast service and friendly waiters! Highly recommended!

Some of the best food and drinks we had in Cogne. The decor is very traditional and staff wear traditional clothing. We waited a little longer to order, I think because they needed someone who spoke the most English to come take it. But everyone was nice. The hostess recommended a limoncello spritz, and it was amazing. I preferred it over an aperol spritz. The food was very good, including the pasta and mains. The whipped potatoes were some of the best I've ever had.

I ate at this restaurant last night with my daughter and, in addition to the excellent food and pleasant atmosphere, I appreciated the truly impeccable quality of the service. A special thanks to the maître d' Frestino who welcomed us with extraordinary kindness and professionalism.

15/10/2025: Wonderful moment, fine, tasty and original cuisine. Excellent choice of wines. Fully deserves its star.
05/10/2025: The word that, in my opinion, best describes this restaurant is "a true gem," which anyone who appreciates excellent cuisine should discover. The dishes, beyond being exquisite, are exceptionally good; the ingredients are top-quality and expertly prepared. The sommelier is equally skilled as the chef, and the food and wine pairings are spot-on, bringing out the best in the dishes. It goes without saying that the quality of the wines is in keeping with the restaurant's quality. Add to this a chic yet unobtrusive atmosphere, a refined yet unpretentious ambience; in short, you feel at ease. Finally, my husband and I have dined at various Michelin-starred restaurants in and outside the Valley, and our conclusions are that it's hard, even for a Michelin-starred restaurant, to match this one. For us, it's by far the best in Aosta and, frankly, one of the best we've tried so far.

28/09/2025: A very, very beautiful discovery. From arrival to departure, outstanding service. Extraordinary cuisine made only with regional and seasonal products. A completely homemade breakfast, generous and delicious. Highly recommended for lovers.
24/09/2025: From the outside, Café Quinson makes a well-kept, rather unspectacular impression. As soon as you enter this gem, you are immersed in a world of quiet perfection. Modern meets traditional. Everything is tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. The cuisine reflects the interior: regional specialties prepared and served with enthusiasm and affection. A true delight! The personal, familial service of the Quinson sisters perfects the experience.
