We had the smoked trout, which was truly excellent, and two pierrades. The meat and all the sides were good. It was worth it.

Always a pleasure to eat at the Brasserie. Tasty, well-prepared dishes, professional service in a characterful atmosphere. Prices aren't cheap, but they're adequate for the quality.

A warm, welcoming inn with a heart. Their frecacha is excellent, while the goat cheese salad is a perfect appetizer to share. The Cogne cream is divine, and I recommend trying it here to understand the true meaning of a carefully crafted, high-quality dessert.

Restaurant serving typical Aosta Valley cuisine in Cogne. Traditional atmosphere and food. Very helpful and friendly staff. The very professional waiter, a true captain and leader of the dining room, a great person, always ready and attentive. See you soon and thank you!

10/08/2025: Really lovely experience. The staff offered some of the best hospitality we experienced during our trip to the region. Hotel is nestled into Morgex. Rooms are comfortable. Food from the restaurant was delicious, seasonal and thoughtful. The wine was also excellent. The staff went out of their way to insure great service. Highly recommend!
06/08/2025: More than a traditional hotel, it feels like a fairytale. Courtesy, kindness, and exceptional cuisine are the foundations of this establishment. Even the materials throughout the rooms are perfectly rustic/modern. The room (ours had a whirlpool tub) is very clean and welcoming. Dinner at the restaurant is truly unique, with the chef's menu featuring strictly local products, respecting tradition with a touch of innovation. Breakfast has never been more varied and high-quality. You can choose from sweet and savory options, homemade croissants, local cheeses, local cured meats, jams, honey, homemade bread—in short, a breakfast fit for a king! We've been twice and can't wait to return a third time!

05/09/2025: Terrace in the city center, very pleasant in summer. Rustic local cuisine: polenta, pasta with ricotta and wild herbs, and delicious copa potato salad. The wine list is very good. We had a 2020 Brunello Col d'Or via (half-bottle, for lunch). Very efficient service.
03/09/2025: Everything is very nice but it is so difficult to book that you lose the desire to do so.
