The restaurant has a new address:
A new place with absolutely fantastic decor and fantastic expansion!
And the owners are still just as modest.
I can always renew my previous review.
This restaurant is an absolute MUST. We go there several times a year and always discover new wines. Ask Matteo: he's the absolute connoisseur. If you don't ask him, it's your own fault and you're guaranteed to miss out on a truly delicious experience.
This quiet restaurant is located in a winding alleyway in the old town. The owner is a perfect wine consultant. 700 wines, and he knows the characteristics of each one. The food is a delight. The best tajarin or agnolotti in town. Tagliata di Fassone of the highest quality. Always a must.
Fish every now and then. In Alba? Of course! And with a Riesling from Piedmont. Fantastic! Matteo's father is the chef and an absolute expert. No one does it better.
I'm already looking forward to next time. And you? Don't ask. Go, but be sure to make a reservation.

I had dinner last night at Osteria del Vicoletto.
The ravioli del plin and the guinea fowl amazed me!
The service was equally as good.
The brunette was exceptional (sorry, I don't remember her name).
Thanks also to Andrea, who recommended the dessert.
The setting was elegant and the atmosphere was relaxed.

Disappointing. One slice of stew was barely warm and not at all tender. Accompanied by very few carrots and zucchini. The hazelnut parfait was so frozen that I couldn't appreciate its flavor. It was barely breakable with a fork and knife. The chocolate sauce mentioned on the menu seemed more like cocoa powder in small lumps.

An elegant restaurant with truly delicious traditional Piedmontese dishes. We tried several dishes with black truffle, all truly excellent, with good-quality truffles. Special mention goes to the rabbit, a meat I know well, and I must say it was one of the best I've ever tasted.

Trovata per caso, durante la nostra gita domenicale. Ci hanno fatto accomodare nonostante non avessimo prenotato. Tutto davvero molto buono, personale gentile, prezzi (alti) nella media della zona!!!
