It's a shame to write this, but it's true. We went there as a last resort, as it was the one and only place in Alba that had a table for two available on a Sunday evening... and given how the evening went, it was a blessing in disguise!
A top food and wine experience! The wine cellar is exceptional, the ingredients are spectacular, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and competent.

My partner and I went there on Friday evening.
What can I say? Everything was excellent.
From the location to the food to the service.
A dream wine list. 100 pages of tablets with an incredible selection of local wines.
I was especially struck by the great honesty in the wine prices; I was amazed by the wide variety at truly fair prices.
Everything else was also honest, and the service was very kind and attentive, truly pleasant. What can I say... highly recommended.

This was my first meal back at Alba and Bra, where I'd been 25 years ago. There were hardly any Asians there, even then. The place is friendly, has a great atmosphere, and is delicious. Everything—the salad, pasta, steak, and dessert—was perfect. It truly lives up to its reputation as the birthplace of slow food. It was a shame I couldn't try the white truffle because it wasn't in season, and I also couldn't drink wine because it was tea. If you're visiting Alba, I highly recommend this place.

Delicious restaurant!
We ordered two first courses, two second courses, and two desserts, each dish better than the last!
The atmosphere is very intimate and elegant.
The staff was very kind, attentive, helpful, and even friendly!
We had a wonderful time, we'll definitely be back!

I had the tagliolini with white truffle, very good, but I would like to see the truffle being grated at the table, and not the ready dish coming from the kitchen.
