I had the tagliolini with white truffle, very good, but I would like to see the truffle being grated at the table, and not the ready dish coming from the kitchen.

The best restaurant in Alba by far. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. The food is absolutely amazing….with generous quantities of whites truflle!
Matteo has an amazing ability to pick a perfect wine pairing and always at a great price point. Do chat more with him about smaller local producers to discover the lesser known producers he manages to uncover!
They recently moved to a new place and they have managed to maintain the same style and ambiance. A fantastic place….a must visit restaurant in the heart of Alba!

It's more of a restaurant than an osteria, but the prices remain very reasonable, especially the wines, whose list is…over 45 pages long!
You won't be disappointed if you're looking for an excellent wine and a dish to match.
Warm welcome and chic setting; truffle dishes are available, but the non-truffle dishes are just as good.
Excellent wine recommendations, right in the city center.

Impeccable service, quality food, both in terms of ingredients and use, and an extremely well-stocked wine cellar. Matteo, Andrea, and the entire staff are a cut above.

We particularly enjoyed the tartar and the garnish dish, all appropriately paired with white truffle.
The gentleman who recommended the right wine and shared a bit of truffle history was very kind.
