Scelta azzeccatissima.
Il locale si presenta benissimo,ambiente caldo e accogliente senza strafare ,con chiari riferimenti alle Etichette delle Langhe.
Carne cruda battuta a coltello squisita, Tajarin eccezionali e guancia di Vitello fenomenale.

Excellent welcome, attentive and accurate service, we tried the classic dishes such as tajerin and plin, less incisive black truffle, dish of the evening definitely the eggs with white truffle, excellent. I would have been more intrigued if the truffle had been grated at the table. Pleasant glasses of wine accompanied the evening, which ended with a delicate Monte Bianco. Normal prices with two dishes enriched with white truffles, around 80 euros each.

I went during white truffle season at the end of November.
I ordered both yukhoe and tayarin with white truffle on top, and I think eating white truffle on tayarin has more flavor than yukhoe.
For the main course, I had white fish with lightly mashed potatoes, and it paired really well with the white.
