Amazing little restaurant on the square in Greve in Chianti. The owner is the quintessential Italian mama who seems to treat all her customers like friends. Had an amazing pasta dish with meat sauce and pine nuts that was one of my favorites of the trip (I think it was called Mama's Ragu). The pistachio gelato was also unique and delicious. Some of the other places on the square seemed to have more business, but I don't know why because Bottega del Moro is a gem!

We had a lovely experience at this cozy, family-operated restaurant. The wild boar pasta was outstanding—rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The crostini were also excellent, offering a great start to the meal. We tried the Medici ragù as well, which had a nice depth, though it leaned a bit sweet for our personal taste. The highlight was the incredibly warm and welcoming owner, who made us feel right at home. A charming spot well worth a visit!

I highly recommend this restaurant, great food, whatever you order is delicious. We love coming back and have never felt anything but perfect. Dileta, Zita and Paolo did a great job of providing a pleasant evening.

L’ambiente e’ avvolgente e affascinante.
I dettagli sono curatissimi, i colori fanno allegria, l’antico si sposa col rustico.
La cucina e’ semplicemente ghiotta: un’autentica esperienza toscana con antipasti primi e carni di qualità’ e veramente buoni.
Difficile trovare un po’ così autentico oggigiorno. Lo staff e’ disponibile gentile e si da’ molto da fare! Quasi esclusivamente a conduzione familiare. Una vera chicca in Greve!
