We had an aperitif, the wine and food were truly excellent, everything perfect. Mirco and Angelo were truly welcoming and kind. We'll be back for dinner.

Last night we dined at Bottega del Carmine and it was a treat for the palate and the soul. The dishes were expertly prepared and the staff was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The final surprise was the bill, which offered excellent value for money.

Beautiful evening! We felt pampered, the chef was able to convey all his professionalism and immediately put us at ease, offering advice on our choice of dishes! The octopus melted in our mouths...and that's not at all a given. The starters were delicious, as were the desserts! Congratulations...I absolutely recommend! The service was also very discreet but attentive, fantastic!

This restaurant was recommended by some local friends we met. Besides the beautiful location and the truly warm welcome, we had a wonderful meal! Fresh ingredients, refined, and incredibly delicious dishes, paired with recommended local wines. The experience was wonderful, highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back every time we visit Marsala.

28/01/2026: A guarantee!!! I've been frequenting this pastry shop for 10 years now, and despite the passage of time, the quality has never wavered. As a true Sicilian, this pastry shop feels right at home, both in terms of quality and quantity (the desserts are truly rich)! For me, the custard is simply heavenly, velvety, and with that authentic, old-fashioned flavor. But the real masterpiece is the lobster tails: crunchy, fragrant, and stuffed to perfection. If you want to impress someone or simply treat yourself, come here. You can't go wrong! P.S. I always try to introduce them to as many people as possible, because it's worth it ❤️

06/03/2026: A great place in Trapani to enjoy seafood dishes at a reasonable price. The seafood was fresh and well-prepared. The food is delicious, showcasing local flavors. The atmosphere is relaxed. A good option if you're looking for a satisfying seafood meal without breaking the bank.
24/02/2026: It's taken me 48 hours to process the euphoria of my wife's birthday party on Saturday, February 21st, and to absorb the guests' comments. There were 23 of us, the room all to ourselves, decorated with elegant simplicity. Regarding the quality and quantity of the food and the courses, just read the previous reviews; I'd simply add: EXCELLENT! The waiters were always present, courteous, professional, and attentive to the needs of the guests and the table. But what I want to highlight is something else: his humanity. The owner, Mr. Salvatore, was truly a gentleman, both in booking the banquet, even taking into account the presence of five children, and in actually executing everything that had been planned with his attentive presence. He is a restaurateur whose primary focus was not financial profit, but the quality and success of the service provided. A perfect restaurateur and host, he's not looking for financial gain, but rather for complete professional satisfaction and the satisfaction of those who return to enjoy the specialties offered at his restaurant. Highly recommended, and even more!
