Great menu and service, recommended!

We had dinner on Friday at this beautiful restaurant in the center of Marsala. The service and hospitality proved to be perfect from every point of view. Attentive to the customer's needs, quick and without ever being intrusive. The chef worked the excellent raw materials with intelligence and skill. We had some delicious appetizers. Among these, the "Tale e Qualeddro" arancina which in terms of size has nothing to envy of those of street food. The unattainable taste leaves you positively amazed. As well as the fish meatballs combined with a pea cream. The first one was excellent, the thimbles with "greased" cod and the second "l'otre" squid. The chocolate semifreddo is artisanal and equally good. I have the feeling that the chef is destined to grow a lot in the consideration of the various guides to Italian restaurants. Very honest bill: 30 euros per person Only one regret: we didn't have cash with us - we paid by card - and we weren't able to leave the tip to the wait staff that the super deserved. To return and return and return....

Mi sono trovata a cenare da sola in questo ristorante consigliatomi da amici. Carpaccio di tonno e paccheri alla norma da tradizione Siciliana meravigliosi, ho dovuto fare un posticino per una favolosa cassata rivisitata leggermente ( arancio al posto del marzapane a comertua e cioccolato tagliato a coltello Personale molto gentile e attento Consigliatissimo!

Beautiful dinner. The restaurant appeared tidy and clean, you were welcomed by the owner and accompanied to your table in a truly pleasant way. The location is wonderful, one of the few gardens within the historic center. It is truly appreciable that the chef himself comes to explain and recommend the dishes to take, all of the highest quality, presenting typical cuisine with his own personal touch. I recommend the arancina with red mullet ragout and the shop's spaghetti, dishes of the highest quality. Also very knowledgeable about intolerances, in my case gluten, giving the opportunity to prepare many of their dishes. Excellent quality/price ratio, highly recommended.
