We had dinner for two at the end of June. The intimate setting in the outdoor garden provided excellent food and perfect service. Our compliments to the chef have already been reflected in the excellent review; from the appetizer to the main course to the dessert, everything was delicious. Highly recommended.

very nice located in the center of Marsala, excellent fish both raw and cooked, remarkable tuna carpaccio, I appreciated the chef in the dining room very kind and attentive even though we were tourists. recommended

In my Marsalese holiday, this restaurant is definitely the best memory I will take with me. Compliments to chef Angelo, a chef worthy of being called such. Fresh, excellent dishes and a very pleasant culinary journey. I highly recommend the restaurant to anyone who wants to be transported for a pleasant evening.
That cassata…. Crazy. The classic dessert perfect for not being “too sweet” but above all authentic.

We had dinner and we had a taste of appetizers that I would say were good, as a second course a good and not greasy grill, with the addition of shrimp that unfortunately were not cooked nor raw that ruined the flavor of the dinner. The cassata compensated positively for the previous course.

On the occasion of the Bersaglieri National Gathering, we went from Pordenone to Marsala. We enjoyed the hospitality, the food, the wine that we received at Bottega del Carmine! Not only food, wine and service but also a lot of availability! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Posso dire che quando tornerò in queste zone sarò sicuramente vostro cliente.
C’è stato un nostro grande errore aver prenotato per 26 ma eravamo 16 (errore di battitura) non solo ci hanno “perdonato” ma ci hanno trattato da principi , servizio perfetto curato , cucina ottima (abbiamo preso antipasti misti pesce) e tris di primi consigliati dal grande chef che dopo ogni portata veniva a chiedere se tutto andava bene , il titolare veramente in gamba ci ha consigliato dei franciacorta meravigliosi ed uno champagne che legava benissimo con le pietanze.
Andare a Marsala e non passare da loro è reato!

El personal del Hotel Carmine recomendó comer a Botega del Carmine. Fue excelente y tuvimos una hermosa noche en esta joya escondida de un restaurante con música de piano, un jardín, luces de hadas y un servicio increíble. (Salga del hotel gire a la izquierda y el restaurante está a la izquierda cerca de los cactus. Es fácil de perder - tiene un jardín cerrado en el centro que no es visible desde la carretera 10 / 10. Vivimos en Francia y apreciamos la buena comida y la calidad. El servicio fue excelente y la comida impresionante - su chef es de primera. El pianista/cantante tenía talento.
