Classy restaurant of high quality level. The chef likes to experiment, even in the presentation of classic dishes. I had a first course off the menu: cacio e pepe with red prawns from Mazara. I don't like the strong flavor of the cheese but I really appreciated it. Prices appropriate to the level. Recommended for a special dinner.

Excellent restaurant, food was the best we had in our Sicily trip. Service was decent and atmosphere pretty pleasant / romantic (a chap was singing and playing piano) Also it was good value !

Highest score well deserved. Internal courtyard which creates an intimate environment. I don't know if it's a fixed fee or a coincidence but during dinner we also enjoyed live musical entertainment. A "nice" table had been requested as the dinner was a special occasion, they made us find a central table strewn with rose petals (❤️). The guys are friendly, nice, polite and very helpful. Impeccable food. I could write another 600 lines to say how good I felt in this little place. Highly recommended.

Definitely one of the best restaurants in Marsala. It could be defined as "gourmet" but I find that the adjective "refined" gives a better idea. It doesn't offer a wide choice of starters and desserts but those available are excellent for every palate. As for first and second courses, the choice is wide and very varied. A little less on meat but...we are in a seaside town! The taste of the dishes I chose was excellent and, most importantly, there was not too much salt. The flavor was "authentic" and the portions were slightly generous. As for the wines, well... if you think that Marsala only offers the wine of the same name, you don't know the reality of the territory and the cellars of this place well. In any case, the staff is very knowledgeable about wines and knows how to recommend based on the dishes chosen and the tastes of the customers. The atmosphere of the room is modern and refined but without exaggerating too much. I highly recommend!

Pleasant surprise on a Saturday evening in Marsala, with an excellent quality/price ratio, perfect service and excellent quality product: we will definitely return.

Intimate and romantic location, exquisite food, friendly staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Only flaw? We only discovered it on the last day of our stay in Marsala, otherwise we would definitely have returned!

How sorry I am... What can I say... the Bottega del Carmine is no longer what it used to be, the one I appreciated so much and where I took all the friends who came to visit me in Marsala at least once. In early July 2024, on a Tuesday, they served me a pasta ("Florio style") that was evidently pre-cooked and then thrown back into the water before being served with boiling sauce and therefore overcooked. It can be done in a cheap place but not from "my beloved shop". You need to get over yourself and treat those who seem to you to be just any tourist better. Should I also mention the cod which tasted like fish purée? Someone will tell me that it is not a fish to eat in July. Okay, but then why propose it? Five stars for the waiter. The place remains as beautiful as before, even perhaps better than before, but there is no food.

Una esperienza di sapori fantastica. Lo chef ci ha deliziato dagli antipasti al dessert con portate sapientemente equilibrate. Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente soddisfacente. Da ripetere!!!
