On the occasion of the Bersaglieri National Gathering, we went from Pordenone to Marsala. We enjoyed the hospitality, the food, the wine that we received at Bottega del Carmine! Not only food, wine and service but also a lot of availability! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Beautiful Culinary Experience, Kind and Helpful Staff, the Chef knows his stuff and gave us the best advice, very nice owner.
There was a small mix-up with an error on our part and it was resolved elegantly without any problems!
After having eaten well, without any request he also gave us a nice discount and offered bitters and grappa.
I would happily return....

We were there last night, we were a nice group of about thirty people and children, despite this everything went great!!! A truly beautiful place, a refined environment combined with high level cuisine and service, furthermore the location practically in the center of Marsala allows you to live a total experience, but I would also like to underline the splendid welcome given to us by the owner who I thank not only for everything already mentioned but also because he made us feel at home, the professionalism that meets good workmanship, not to mention the top level Chef who delighted us and who made himself available since we booked three weeks before our meeting.
I will definitely come back to visit you and I invite anyone who reads this review to value everything I have written because it is no longer something to be taken for granted these days..

Posso dire che quando tornerò in queste zone sarò sicuramente vostro cliente.
C’è stato un nostro grande errore aver prenotato per 26 ma eravamo 16 (errore di battitura) non solo ci hanno “perdonato” ma ci hanno trattato da principi , servizio perfetto curato , cucina ottima (abbiamo preso antipasti misti pesce) e tris di primi consigliati dal grande chef che dopo ogni portata veniva a chiedere se tutto andava bene , il titolare veramente in gamba ci ha consigliato dei franciacorta meravigliosi ed uno champagne che legava benissimo con le pietanze.
Andare a Marsala e non passare da loro è reato!

El personal del Hotel Carmine recomendó comer a Botega del Carmine. Fue excelente y tuvimos una hermosa noche en esta joya escondida de un restaurante con música de piano, un jardín, luces de hadas y un servicio increíble. (Salga del hotel gire a la izquierda y el restaurante está a la izquierda cerca de los cactus. Es fácil de perder - tiene un jardín cerrado en el centro que no es visible desde la carretera 10 / 10. Vivimos en Francia y apreciamos la buena comida y la calidad. El servicio fue excelente y la comida impresionante - su chef es de primera. El pianista/cantante tenía talento.

We had dinner on Friday at this beautiful restaurant in the center of Marsala.
The service and hospitality proved to be perfect from every point of view. Attentive to the customer's needs, quick and without ever being intrusive.
The chef worked the excellent raw materials with intelligence and skill.
We had some delicious appetizers. Among these, the "Tale e Qualeddro" arancina which in terms of size has nothing to envy of those of street food.
The unattainable taste leaves you positively amazed.
As well as the fish meatballs combined with a pea cream.
The first one was excellent, the thimbles with "greased" cod and the second "l'otre" squid.
The chocolate semifreddo is artisanal and equally good.
I have the feeling that the chef is destined to grow a lot in the consideration of the various guides to Italian restaurants.
Very honest bill: 30 euros per person
Only one regret: we didn't have cash with us - we paid by card - and we weren't able to leave the tip to the wait staff that the super deserved.
