Friendly staff, delicious food. We had an appetizer for two with Tuscan crostini, pici all'aglione, pici cacio e pepe, a tartare, the veal cheek, which I must say was delicious, and a Florentine steak, which, however, was a bit too fatty and, in my opinion, not perfectly cooked for the price. Overall, a great experience, and the restaurant, though small, is delightfully located next to a little church and in the heart of the village!

We ordered everything from wild boar goulash to pici cacio e pepe to traditional lasagna. Everything was exceptionally good. Even the kids' fries were very good; they certainly looked handmade. The staff was very friendly and uncomplicated. The atmosphere, right in front of the church, was very cozy. The prices are very reasonable considering you're sitting right in the pedestrian zone in Castellini.

Charming Restaurant in a picturesque town.
This atmospheric restaurant in a truly charming town offers simply delicious food! The tiramisu is absolutely delightful, made traditionally and without unnecessary fuss. Both the pasta dishes and meats were incredibly flavorful. We visited as a large group of 14 people, and our table was perfectly prepared for our arrival. The service was exceptionally kind and courteous. We really appreciated the staff's relaxed and spontaneous approach, which added to the overall enjoyment.
We highly recommend this place! It's definitely worth a visit to savor their dishes and, of course, that amazing tiramisu!

Pretty much the best Tuscany has to offer! A dreamy spot on a small square by the church. Warm Italian service from all the staff. The food is fantastic, whether it's chicken with roast potatoes, pasta with truffles, or the tiramisu, everything is divine. We've been there several times and were absolutely thrilled. This is very close to a 5.0!

After a lovely tour of this ancient village in the province of Siena, we stopped for lunch in this small, quaint, rustic restaurant.
We immediately felt warmly welcomed.
Since we were a bit hesitant, the waiter recommended Chianti wines and typical Tuscan dishes.
We were impressed by the flavors of the cured meats in the appetizer, the taste of the wild boar tagliatelle, and the succulent, tender beef cheek.
We highly recommend trying this little restaurant. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wij namen de lasangne met 4 personen, heerlijk. Was niet echt heet, maar de smaak maakte een hoop goed. Ook de wijn en lemon soda deed het goed. 25 graden prachtig weer. Aangename sfeer. Goede bediening.

In un luogo a vocazione turistica è davvero una sorpresa trovare un posto dove si cura così tanto la qualità della cucina e delle materie prime. In più ci hanno fatto mangiare anche se siamo arrivati davvero tardi con grandissima cortesia e disponibilità. Tutto buono, ma carciofo ripieno degno di menzione speciale. Prezzi più che buoni vista la qualità.
