Seafood restaurant at the end of the Viareggio promenade, on the port to be clear. They have two seats, one on the veranda and one on the port (very romantic and suggestive) but I recommend booking. Very kind staff, they even gave me a discount at the end! A half appetizer, two fish first courses, 1 still water, half a liter of white wine, a sorbet and two seats €60 (€30 per person). The cacciucco and pasta with clams are delicious. I recommend this place but I recommend booking, Thursdays in June are packed! Imagine in August!

Great food and warm atmosphere! We felt completely at home at La Baracchina in Viareggio. Very warm welcome, a cozy atmosphere and an excellent dinner! We particularly recommend the antipasti tasting – varied and prepared with a lot of love – as well as the famous “Padellaccia della Baracchina” – simply top! An all-round successful evening. Highly recommended – we will definitely be back!

Il punto di forza è la posizione, direttamente sul molo con i tavoli posizionati anche lungo la banchina; menù legato a doppio filo con il mare perciò non fatevi scappare gli antipasti misti, poi ottimi primi della tradizione viareggina e un bel fritto di secondo. Servizio veloce e verace. Alla Baracchina non si sbaglia mai!

Finalme ha riaperto LA BARACCHINA SUL MOLO 📍piazzetta Golfo Aranci molo di Viareggio e noi subito 😅…non abbiamo resistito perché é sempre una garanzia 😋 Antipasto sfizioso e molto buono ,i secondi ottimi ,soprattutto il fritto di acciughe asciutto e croccante quasi senza olio …i primi degni di nota soprattutto il taglierino di pasta fresca adagiati su una crema di datterino giallo gamberi , scampi e stracciatella..io non amo primi piatti ma questo é sublime Servizio veloce e cortese Menu solo di mare ,con possibilità di menù fisso da 35€ o 45€ Prezzi €€ ♿️👍🏻

07/06/2025: I go every day!!! From breakfast to aperitif and dinner it is an environment where you will definitely feel good! All the guys are special and make you feel at home accompanying you with their professionalism and friendliness, in addition to kindness and availability for any request. Name them all is a feat! But I cannot help but mention those with whom I have the most confidence and familiarity! Valentina with her spectacular macchiato or cappuccino and Andrea usually accompany my breakfasts! Edoardo and Alex my fabulous aperitifs! In the dining room mainly Megli, Chanel, Nicole, Alessandro and last but not least my exceptional Roberta!!!! Plus the only place on the main street of my splendid city to boast such a large outdoor space!!! So what else to say…..highly recommended!!!!!
07/06/2025: A jewel in the center of the city of Lucca. Outdoor tables to fully enjoy the beauty of this city having an aperitif but also a good lunch or dinner enjoying good dishes of the Lucca cuisine. And if you want to stay light you can have a tasty salad. Young but very professional staff will make you feel at home. We went with our German shepherd to have an aperitif, but we couldn't resist and we ordered a cutting board with excellent quality cold cuts and cheeses, accompanied by a warm and tasty focaccia! Not to mention the bruschetta!!! More than fair prices considering the quality of the raw materials and the location. Thank you and ..... see you soon!!!
