We ate at the restaurant only, never stayed at the hotel Food and ambience was excellent and service at first was great. I would have had a second and maybe third glass of wine if the waiter/waitress had come by, but it wasn’t to be.

We’ve been here 3 times over the past eight years and it’s always amazing! We love this town and this hotel/restaurant are a big reason we come back. The service is fantastic and they speak English. The outside patio is covered and closed in so the weather is never a worry. The burger is excellent. I had the osso buco raviolo 🤤🤤🤤 Dolci was a cheesecake with honey comb. If you are in the area, I highly recommend lunch or dinner.

The restaurant is several times in Micheline guide and i can say that the food is gourmet and very delicious. They have perfect deserts.

Très bonne table et cadre sympa. Restaurant lié à l’hôtel du même nom. Y avons mangé nos meilleurs pâtes de Toscane. Beaucoup commentent le service au top et bien pour nous on peut dire que le service a été sans plus. Autre plat très sympa et goûteux le tartare avec ses condiments épices entre wasabi et Tabasco . Une jolie petite adresse dans le charmant village de la Pienza

About the restaurant: The place was cosy and the menu interesting and tastefull. But only one member of the staff was friendly while the others were moody and not professional. We ordered a bottle of red fresh wine and they brought us another one instead without informing us. We mentioned that right away and they staryed serving the wine, saying that it was the “same” and of about the same value. In the end, they charged us the bottle of wine with the value of our first ordered bottle, while the one we had , cost about half the price. So we asked for our extra paid money back. If you visit the place, keep your eyes open and pay attention to the services and the prices.

Gran ambiente en el restaurante. Llegamos aquí un día lluvioso cuando todo estaba demasiado tranquilo en la temporada baja. La camarera era amable y animado y nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos. Viajábamos con un niño pequeño. La comida era genial!

Four friends on the occasion of a celebration, we shared a truly splendid experience in this restaurant. Above all our expectations. All the staff were very friendly, wonderful Monica who from the telephone booking stage was immediately welcoming and attentive from every point of view. Excellent food, each course was a pleasant succession of surprises, everything highly recommended but amazed by the tiramisu. Rich wine cellar, and final delight, finally finding particular and very good digestives. Had dinner on the external veranda as per telephone request, very pleasant, warm and intimate environment. Everything very welcome. It meets our expectations and is absolutely suitable for dinner. We'll be back.

Beautiful discovery! La Bandita Townhouse is not just a restaurant, but AN EXPERIENCE to have, absolutely! Suggestive location, alternative and exquisite dishes, refined and excellent wines and then there's her, Monica! Monica is a hurricane of professionalism and friendliness, a living encyclopedia regarding the wines and stories of the Val d'Orcia: she will be the one who will accompany you in what will prove to be not "just" a dinner, but an evening full of laughter, discoveries and curiosities. When you say "putting heart and passion" into that, you do it: at Bandita Townhouse everyone really knows how to do it, and very well! Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

Guest of the restaurant twice, I ate very well. Well-executed dishes with excellent raw materials. Very pleasant environment and fast service with nice and friendly people. Their tiramisu is superb 😋😋
