Excellent first courses, tagliatelle basil, provola, shrimp and tortelli cacio pepe pear walnuts. The meat beaten with a knife is fabulous. The owner is kind, it's a shame the service is a bit slow. The second course didn't arrive anymore... anyway it's worth trying.

A very pleasant place, created for the sale of products (cheeses and cured meats) but also has a restaurant room. Had lunch with a lunch menu, very good genuine dishes made at the moment

A small shop that transforms into a very nice restaurant at the weekend where you can taste some very good dishes, top French cheeses like everything else Fabulous wine Truly Congratulations!!!

Seconda volta alla Baitella, e anche stavolta usciamo molto soddisfatti x quanto assaporato. Forse i tempi di attesa sono appena un pò lunghi, ma ne vale sicuramente la pena ! 😉

31/07/2025: Truly excellent. The place is beautiful, the choice of furnishings, the colors, the lighting... a mix of formal and informal, in short, a truly pleasant atmosphere. The quality of the food is excellent; they also offer business menus at a good price, without sacrificing quality, top notch ;) The carbonara with tuna tartare was special! The staff is friendly and professional. I had a great time and highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried it yet.
