Located in Piazza Carlo Emanuele 2, a suggestive typical Turin environment. We ate in the excellently set up area right on the square. The service was good, the presentation of the dishes was particular, the combination of flavors was excellent (try a trio of tartare with surprising flavours).
Excellent experience, probably not for all wallets but the quality level is high.

Spacious and well-kept place, interesting and not too intrusive concept, both in terms of furnishings and recipes from monastery manuals. Excellent service, but the strong point is the food, all wonderful, balanced, with the right degree of tradition and amazement. Obviously it is not cheap but for important occasions it is always an excellent and satisfying choice.

Buon ristorante nel centro di Torino. Piatti elaborati, forti soprattutto nella cucina tradizionale. Vitello tonnato da provare. L’interno è molto elegante, d’estate i tavolini di fronte al locale nella piazzetta adiacente sono davvero suggestivi. Consigliato per una cena tipica.

From the moment we arrived Elia our waiter made us feel at home. He spoke excellent English, and explained the menu to us. The veal cheeks and lamb chops were superb, and delicious rose wine. We had the 4 tasting desserts, which were so divine. We have booked to go back while we have a short break in Torino. Fabulous service, beautiful location, and care and attention made this an unforgettable experience. Thank you.
