My wife and I had dinner last night at this pizzeria and I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is refined and elegant, perfect for a special evening or a quiet dinner. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, welcoming us professionally without ever being intrusive. And now for the highlight: the pizza is simply excellent. High-quality ingredients and a light dough that perfectly complements the refined atmosphere of the restaurant. The quality/price ratio is absolutely right for the quality offered. I will definitely be back!

SICILIAN GOURMET PIZZA - Modern restaurant, refined concept, and authentic flavors. An excellent place for a refined pizza (but not just pizza!). Above-average prices, but justified by the quality. MENU - Wide selection of pizzas with sophisticated combinations. Flat, crispy, and flavorful crust. Extensive references to Sicilian flavors. For those who don't want pizza, there's a limited but equally refined meat/fish menu. Dessert of the day is available upon request (recommended: the ricotta, honey, and pear basket). Wide selection of wines and craft beers. LOCATION - Central (lower Ragusa), near the post office. Modern restaurant, clean lines, and attention to detail. Clean and well-stocked restrooms. STAFF AND BILL - Courteous and friendly staff. Perhaps a little overwhelmed during peak periods, but this doesn't significantly impact the service. The bill is slightly above average (Sicilian), but justified by the quality of the ingredients and the menu's sophisticated approach.

My wife and I had a wonderful meal here. This is a very well run and welcoming restaurant with great food and a terrific staff. Shame on some reviewers who clearly by mistake left low reviews. This restaurant and its excellent staff would rectify a mistake, you can see they take pride in what they serve. My wife and I are for the third time traveling the world for a year. We eat in a lot of restaurants and this is one of the best. As well my wife is from a restaurant family. You will not be disappointed.
