We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance after a visit to Villa Borghese, and I admit we were very lucky. The service and waiters were impeccable and friendly, and the restaurant offers a wide selection, with the option to create your own menu at a truly bargain price for what's on offer. I personally had a classic burger with old-fashioned fries; everything was excellent and of the highest quality. Overall, if you're in the Villa Borghese/Villa Giulia area, highly recommended.

We went for family dinner on Friday.
Always a great atmosphere, good food. We had an ingot, a Pacific swordfish, a wagyu, and two grass-fed steaks with the sauce of the day, in this case porcini mushrooms. Everything was good, cooked as requested, but there was one concern that I didn't give much thought to at the time: the two grass-fed steaks arrived lukewarm, and when I asked if they could be served without the sauce, the kind waiter replied no, they came out like that.
Now, thinking back, I wonder why?
Are they already prepared or did they just arrive reheated? The very quick arrival of the steaks also fueled my doubts.
Anyway, a great experience as usual.

Kilo offers a solid experience for steak and tartare enthusiasts. The tartare was well-prepared, with a good texture and balanced seasoning. The steak arrived cooked as requested. The service and the atmosphere were pleasant enough. It's a reliable choice if you're in the mood for a classic meat-focused meal.

Devo dire che con la mia compagna nel fine settimana giriamo parecchi ristoranti, ma un ristorante di carne come questo devo dire che è raro trovarlo a Roma! Iniziamo nel dire che la direttrice MARIKA ti fa sentire a casa con il suo modo di fare, oltre alla sua grande professionalità e dedizione al lavoro…consiglio vivamente questo posto, antipasti e carni eccellenti…

Siamo stati a pranzo da Kilo insieme ad alcuni amici e ai loro bambini: vasta scelta di piatti di carne, molto sfiziose le spade (spiedini di carne). Posto piacevole per passare del tempo, mangiare buona carne e bere un bicchiere di vino. Prezzi buoni, ambiente accoglienti e personale molto simpatico.
