We ate very well, featuring classic Emilian and seasonal dishes. The truffle risotto and the ganassino with polenta were excellent.

It was recommended to me for its good food and I can only express my compliments because it was a real pleasure to taste excellent and delicious dishes from appetizers to dessert.

Excellent food, excellent ingredients, very kind, excellent cook. I'll take a wonderful memory back to Bergamo.

The next day at Elrow, still a little knocked out by the vibes, we decided to dive into Emilian tradition, that good stuff I hold dear. This little place is a true gem, like a temple to Emilian food that commands respect. We start with the typical Reggio Emilia wine, super classy, and that aged Parmesan cheese that, with a drizzle of aged balsamic vinegar, is a real treat for the palate. And then comes the lasagna, guys, that's a hit, something that would make even Bologna envious, no cap. And the gnocco fritto? Brother, that would make me get citizenship on the spot without a second thought. And let's not forget the her majesty the erbazzone: crunchy and just the right amount of soft, the true comfort food not to be missed. Good, good, good, a perfect mix of tradition and innovation, just what we needed to recharge after a night of crazy dancing.
