A good reminder to me that Google reviews are often absolute rubbish.
This place is in a gorgeous quiet square just off the main track, and as a massive foodie and late diagnosed coeliac I am often looking for places I don’t feel hard done by or massive food envy.
Today was one of those days, with a perfect Al dente red shrimp and pistachio pesto spaghetti and a delicious crusty gluten free baguette. Absolutely delicious, perfectly umami and not too salty.
Highly recommend - only tried one dish but it was delicious.

The food was delicious, and the wine (Grillo) was perfect. The restaurant is centrally located yet quiet and hidden. We were very satisfied.

We were passing by and saw this restaurant and decided to go in for lunch.
The food was good, it just needed more flavor, and the customer service was perfect and excellent.
The only downside is the €2.50 per person charge, which you pay in addition to the price.

Non era la più ricca ho provato, ma mi è piaciuto molto l"atmosfera e la posizione, in una piazza nel centro di Siracusa, vicino alla Cattedrale, e una terrazza molto bella. Hanno piatti siciliani tipici (pasta e pesce). Per dessert, ho preso il Canolo, tipico dolce siciliano quel giorno servito con pezzi di pistacchio. Ottimo!
Cannuoli siciliani buonissimi, ripieni di ricotta e pistacchio o ricotta e cioccolato.
Nous avons été attiré par la belle terrasse avec ventilateurs rafraîchissants. Accueil discret mais sympathique. J'ai mangé l'espadon siracusana qui était un vrai délice !

Como soy celíaca, fue muy agradable poder finalmente tener opciones sin gluten, pasta fresca, pan delicioso, un vino hermoso y el cannoli sin gluten, que estaba absolutamente delicioso. El servicio fue increíble y muy acogedor. La pasta estaba un poco cruda, lo cual fue un poco decepcionante. Mi pareja pidió el tiramisú normal y, aunque sabía bien, la porción era bastante pequeña. En general, es fantástico encontrar un lugar que se toma en serio la comida sin gluten.
