It's always a pleasure to return to this restaurant. We came to have lunch and chose the lunch menu which is called a square dish. There are 4 very good and tasty vegan tastings. Great service and environment

Unique experience. Chef Lehman no longer leads the kitchen but his two captains have taken the reins of the kitchen and continue the gastronomic philosophy of the only starred vegetarian restaurant in Italy.

Locale semplice ma al contempo raffinato. Atmosfera piacevole e personale di grande esperienza.
Una cucina vegetariana stellata non è da tutti. Rendere indimenticabili piatti a base vegetale, esaltandone ogni componente è un compito a dir poco arduo, in cui Joia si butta con discreto successo. In questo ristorante l’orto entra nel piatto, dove si trasforma in una miscela di sapori innovativi e avvolgenti. La lodevole ricerca della brigata di cucina si percepisce ad ogni forchettata, tuttavia, nessun piatto mi ha lasciato con un “wow”. Un’esperienza piacevole ma non entusiasmante.

Food expertly presented. At the end of the route, you get up with a full belly, it's not true that those who eat vegan don't eat anything. Well done guys serving at the table. Book for lunch, for dinner on the weekend the waiting list is a month, if all goes well.
