Overall, very good. This is my second time there, and I have to say they manage to make good dishes using well-thought-out ingredients and subscriptions. The lunch menu during the week is also appreciated.

Experienced during a lunch break The "square plate" menu at €35 allows you to discover the chef's excellent cuisine, with generous portions and a bonus dessert. Ideal for lunch. Very good wine selection / good advice from the sommelier.

I wish the owners had an ethical stance rather than just offering plant based food. It was sad to hear that they support animal cruelty and choose not to be a vegan restaurant in 2026 ( I acknowledge that in 90s, there might have been a different context). Easy to say we won't come back as we prefer to spend our hard earned money on businesses that pioneer progress.

Extremely nice establishment in many aspects. Aesthetically perfect - spacious but intimate. Great service and attention to detail - no delays or issues. The food was wonderful and the wine was great. The experience is definitely worth it for a special day. The winter tasting menu is my recommendation. I also love the idea of a vegetarian Micheline restaurant. The owner was friendly and explained to us the history of the restaurant which made it a unique experience.

I think a carnivore's opinion is worth double. Everything was perfect. However, I want to emphasize how pleasant the environment is and how professional and natural all the staff are. Well done.

We were excited to try our first Michelin vegetarian restaurant. As the chef was doing everything to satisfy us, unfortunately the staff is missing training. We have been served wine in front of the face (glass on the right, waiter serving from the left, across the plate, I had to move to accommodate the bottle), dropping wine drops on the tablecloth. Dishes were served by pushing with the serving pot to make space. But the real bad experience was the sommelier (the one with curly black hair). Asked for recommendation answered “you can drink red. Or white. Or sparkling “ and left, leaving us for 35 min with the wine card and zero drinks or food (we politely finished water and were waiting in silence). As the dishes are spectacular, it is sad that one or two people drag the experience down. Changing the staff for more knowledgeable would surely improve overall impression.

Best meal of my life. Go if you can you will not regret it.
