A wonderful lunch with my girlfriend.
A 7-course tasting menu + 3 glasses of wine.
We relied on the waitress, who was very courteous and met and even exceeded our expectations.
The quality of the food is very high; each dish pleasantly surprised us. The dishes are interesting and visually appealing, and the flavors are intense and balanced. We weren't expecting such pronounced flavors from the vegetables (if any), and we were very satisfied with the overall experience.

One of a kind. Sublime dishes that, even a year later, still come back to me. Those who fail to grasp the true essence of the dishes have not fully understood how seemingly simple ingredients like vegetables can create novelty, flavor, and sensations. In short, a true experience that completely changes the way you think about cooking. It becomes something that gives life, not takes it away.

Fine vegetarian cuisine. Dishes unique in presentation and flavor. A unique experience. For those who want to try this 2025 Michelin-starred restaurant. If you need to fill up, I recommend something else.
A fantastic experience for all the senses! Each dish exudes the creative inspiration and mastery of its execution. The waiters are incredibly kind and professional. The sommelier is truly top-notch and very friendly. The dishes are creative and elegant, with attention to every detail. Highly recommended and definitely worth repeating. Top, top!

Lunch for two, Saturday noon. Personally, I have to say we had a great time; the experience was pleasant. Of all the dishes we received, perhaps a couple weren't entirely to my liking, but that's okay. The only downside was the location of our table; we were close to the kitchen, and it was quite noisy! Given the layout of the place, it would be helpful to better insulate the kitchen.

What an incredible experience! Peaceful and elegant atmosphere with polite and attentive service. The food was creative, and even Italian dishes that are usually not vegan tasted amazing as vegan versions. Wines were really exceptional.
