Cozy place with bamboo and wood furnishings. Smiling and friendly staff. Amazing starters, excellent meat and tiramisu too.

Delizioso ristorante nella zona sud di Acilia . Antipasti caldi originali ed antipasti crudi freschissimi. Tonnarelli con chianina e fettuccine con ragù d’anatra eccellenti.lo stesso per la tagliata con patate. Dolci top. Ci torneremo prestissimo ! Grazie per l’accoglienza e la professionalità del titolare Gianluca e famiglia

Meeting period, I start walking around a bit to look for a restaurant closer to Fiumicino, where my colleagues and I were staying, I find this nice and well-kept little restaurant with few seats and with excellent reviews. Very right choice, excellent quality of raw materials, well prepared dishes, super level of meat. Kindness and courtesy are at home. Next meeting will be my first stop.

Well, what can I say, a nice surprise. Think of a neighborhood restaurant instead, much more, great passion shines through in the presentation of the dishes, in the use of quality raw materials, in the accurate service There is no wine list but a shelf with some very welcome goodies. Good value for money, welcoming environment. We will be back to try more. Well done.

De las mejores cenas que nos hemos dado en Roma, cuentan con varios menús, sobre todo enfocados en el tema carnívoro. Nos comimos una Fiorentina que estaba espectacular.

22/01/2025: We were well received and our order was quickly served. The wine list was excellent! The three of us ordered the same dish, gnocchi with shrimp sauce... the pasta was good, but there was not much sauce and only 3 small pieces of shrimp were served on each plate. We were a little disappointed with the food on New Year's Eve. Rome has a ton of great restaurants and I plan on returning to the city, but not to Vecchia Locanda.
19/01/2025: Gorgeous food, excellent service! Traditional , small, Italian restaurant. Filipe and staff were helpful, excellent wine choices. Delicious food. Authentic and genuine- great choice of food, from seafood to stakes! There is so much choice for restaurants, it was hard to know where to go. We have been to other restaurants near by that are not as good- so glad we found this place for our last night.
