The fillets and tonnarelli with Chianina ragù are very good. The selection of hot appetizers is also noteworthy. Seats are limited, but the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

We went last night with friends for the first time and were very pleased. The place was very well-kept and clean, and the food was refined and truly excellent. The only downside was that, due to the odd number of people, all three of us couldn't enjoy the set menu (for two).

A truly exceptional experience! Gianluca's restaurant deserves every compliment: the service was impeccable, with attention to detail and a rare kindness. Gianluca is an attentive host, always available and capable of making every guest feel special.
The food is top-quality—dishes prepared with fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, and rich in flavor. Each course speaks to the passion and professionalism of those working in the kitchen. The atmosphere is welcoming, the timing perfect, and the price-quality ratio excellent.
Highly recommended! I will definitely be back.

La Baita del Gusto is a true gem. The intimate restaurant is meticulously curated, with a limited but high-quality wine selection and a wide selection of excellent spirits.
The dishes are extraordinary: top-quality ingredients, original pairings, and intense flavors that far exceed the local average.
Special praise goes to the owner, whose kindness and passion for his work shine through in every aspect of the experience. He has every reason to be proud: this restaurant, in my opinion, represents absolute excellence.

The best italian food in Rome, but be prepared the stuff does not speak english 😉 however lovely place with amazing food! Recomend the taste menu 👌
