But where do you find a restaurant that picks you up for free by speedboat from the mainland, takes you to Fishermen's Island, serves you a fantastic meal, and then takes you back to where it picked you up? Exceptional location, lake fish cooked beautifully, Davide was delightful in serving us and telling us stories, and Stefano surprised us by stopping in the middle of the lake on the way back so we could admire the play of water and colors in front of Baveno. Absolutely top notch. Well done everyone!

Top restaurant with quality cuisine, so yes the prices are relatively expensive but the products and the taste are still there.

Service was attentive without ever feeling rushed — every detail was noticed, from refilling water glasses promptly to checking in at just the right moments. The food was outstanding — each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, clearly made from fresh, high-quality ingredients. You can tell there’s real care in the kitchen. Portions were generous, and the balance of taste, texture, and aroma was spot on. What made it even more special was the atmosphere — warm, inviting, and relaxed, yet with a touch of elegance that made the evening feel like a treat. What fun and great service! We stayed at Hotel Splendid and were picked up by boat from there. We sailed past Baveno to pick up some other people. When we arrived at the restaurant, we got a nice spot by the window with a view of the lake. The service was friendly! The food was delicious. Good portions and flavor. When the food was finished, we had to wait 15 minutes and were brought back by boat around 10:00 PM. Along the way, the boat stopped briefly at the light show in Baveno, which we could admire from the water. Boat service was €5 per person. All in all, highly recommended! ❤️
