Interno 92 In Roma

Quasi sempre abbiamo l’abitudine di leggere le recensioni e prenotare direttamente nei ristoranti. L’idea che c’eravamo fatti, e che volevamo, era di un locale/macelleria alla mano senza tante ricercatezze. Entrando nel locale seminterrato c’è un banco carne e i tavoli sono di un marmo bianco da macelleria, insomma pochi fronzoli: locale semplice e di carne. Pensavamo di prendere una semplice bistecca o un filetto ai ferri accompagnato da un buon vino della casa. Appena seduti capiamo che non c’è vino sfuso della casa (solo bottiglia o mescita) e dal menù vediamo che i piatti di carne nulla hanno di semplice e sono tutti con discutibili accostamenti. Vabbè ci adeguiamo e proviamo la “tagliata di black angus uruguaiano con crema di zucca e nocciole” e la “bistecca di pezza con cipolle caramellate”. Sinceramente non è stato quello che ci aspettavamo come qualità, sapore e quantità. Assolutamente no. Capisco che ci siamo sbagliati noi sullo stile del locale ma il palato rimane lo stesso. Più o meno nella media il resto: il contorno di cicoria, le patate, il tortino al cioccolato (buono), il pane, l’olio d’oliva, il personale (gentile). Tavoli molto vicini e servizio eccessivamente veloce, ma nella serata di San Valentino si può capire. Veronique e Marco.

We started with a tartare that, to my surprise, not only met expectations, but exceeded them. The freshness of the fish, the precision in the cut and the combination of flavors in the marinade made this dish a masterpiece. Each bite was a delight that transported you to the Italian coast, where both the quality of the ingredients and the simplicity of their preparation are valued. Next, we tucked into a plate of pasta, the norm in any Italian restaurant. In this case, the pasta was cooked al dente, exactly as it should be, offering a texture that perfectly complemented the sauce. The flavors were authentic and balanced, with a touch of fresh herbs that enhanced each bite. The choice to pair it with an Aperol was the right one; The refreshing and slightly bitter cocktail contrasted wonderfully with the richness of the dish. The cost of our evening was €87 for two people, which I consider a very reasonable option given the level of quality and care received. In short, my visit to Interno 92 was enriching. The combination of exceptional service, delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere, together with its privileged location near the Vatican City, make this place a gem in the world of Italian gastronomy. piacevolissima scoperta, in una posizione tra le più caratteristiche di Roma. abbiamo mangiato una selezione di salumi e formaggi di qualità, tortino di patate da rivedere (troppo asciutto) , carne e i primi della tradizione ottimi! i dessert una vera chicca! ampia scelta di vini, insomma una serata speciale tra amici! anche il servizio disponibile,gentile e simpatico ! ci torneremo sicuramente!

Pranzo con amici dalla Toscana. Tutti soddisfatti per la qualità/prezzo e la bontà dei cibi. Gentilissimo il personale. Ci torneremo.
