In Piaseta In Grado

The restaurant obviously has two names. Whenever we're in Grado, we eat there. We love the pizza, but also the fish. The food is really good, and the service is so fast and friendly.

Top! Price/performance/quality: everything was perfect. Getting a table for seven people isn't easy in Grado. No problem there. 😉 We were served very warmly. The food was incredibly delicious and served quickly. Check out the pictures.

After two years, we returned for dinner at "In Piaseta." This time, we were unfortunately quite disappointed. The spaghetti vongole was quite oily and tasteless, the calzone was somewhat okay, and the entrecôte was merely average. The staff was very friendly and accommodating – the food wasn't particularly impressive this time. Unfortunately, the ambiance of what appeared to be a newly opened bar was very sour. Loud music and a constant bass thumping made conversation almost impossible (but that's not the restaurant's fault!). Unfortunately, this visit didn't live up to the positive experiences of previous years!

If you're looking for Italian food, this place is all about spaghetti. I highly recommend it. The owner's service is fantastic.

The Aperol was like water, but the food was a pleasant surprise.

The restaurant's exterior is relatively unloved, and we can't comment on the interior. We had to wait 20 minutes for service, but the drinks and food arrived very quickly after ordering. To make up for it, we each received a liqueur. The food is rather average, and if you're looking for authentic Italian food (we had pasta; I can't comment on the pizza), you'll unfortunately be disappointed.

Highly recommended. Fast and friendly service, even though the terrace tables were full. The food was very good and just as quick.
