Vivo del Carmine is an excellent pizzeria in the heart of San Frediano, even with just a margherita you can savor the freshness of the product, the specialty of the dough and the kindness of the waiters, especially Dennis!

Cozy place. I got the octopus burger, which is actually a fish (I think) with grilled octopus wrapped around it. The dessert was a little late, so the server gave me back 3 euro which floored me and made me appreciate the restaurant.

Amazing pizza!
Vigo del Carmine serves some of the best pizza in Florence. Light, tasty dough and top-quality ingredients. Cozy place, friendly staff, and great vibes. A perfect stop for pizza lovers!

Local near the San Frediano gate, there were 5 of us and we took two montanarine to share among everyone (one portion is 3 mini montanarine), a fried calzone, a blue devil, a Calabrian one, a blue porcini mushroom, a sausage and pancakes, a Naples. To drink a still water, 6 beers, 2 coffees and a bitter. Good pizza, with nice grainy dough, the fried calzone very good, but also the blue devil. Cost of €25 each. Advised!!!

Le critiche sono sono come incoraggiamento a migliorare alcune piccole cose. Le pizze sono molto buone, con un ottimo impasto e con ingredienti di qualità, ma la scelta è limitata a sole pizze classiche. La birra alla spina è un punto da migliorare. Il servizio ottimo, la location molto bella ma in presenza di commensali rumorosi c'è un forte rimbombo che non permette neanche di parlare con i propri amici. I dolci vanno secondo me molto migliorati, il cheesecake non era granchè

Приехали с друзьями во Флоренцию, но суббота мы и не смогли забронировать полюбившие рестораны, так как было уже все забито, но голод не заставил ждать и мы зашли в пиццерию прям напротив ресторана Fuor D'Acqua, где очень хотели поужинать… Что скажу про ресторан-пиццерию, в целом все нормально, пиццу можно заказывать и есть смело, но буррата, шпинат и спагетти совсем не понравились, а вот обслуживать пытались хорошо, хотя в ресторане не было бальзамического уксуса, но как можно есть буррату без бальзамика, не понятно…. Кофе и Пастисеррия наполетана были вполне съедобные…Цены средние, сами сделали небольшую скидку… Приятно…
