Well done, The new management has greatly improved the menu, with unique first courses and richer presentation for the second courses. Their slight lack of experience is compensated for with great kindness and empathy...

A lovely little restaurant with a sea view. The service was very friendly and extremely helpful. The food arrived in less than 10 minutes, and the wait between the starter and the main course took less than five minutes. The price of the meal, at around €20 per course, wasn't exactly cheap, but it was definitely justified for the quality. The dishes were beautifully presented, and both my starter and main course tasted almost like they would in a Michelin-starred restaurant. The restaurant is located right on the beach, and in the evenings, you have a wonderful view of the sun setting over the horizon. The decor is simple yet chic, and the cozy atmosphere is further enhanced by well-chosen, yet not too loud, music. The only contrast to this is the staff, dressed in casual clothes, which doesn't detract too much from the atmosphere. All in all, the restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

What an incredible dining experience at Il Verricello! Not only are the views breathtaking, but the food is just as impressive. We started with the tuna tartare appetizer, which was unbelievably fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. For mains, my husband went with the special of the day, half lobster linguine, which was rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. I ordered the shrimp risotto and was blown away. I had never seen shrimp prepared flat and rolled like this before, and it was such a unique touch. The risotto itself was creamy, seasoned perfectly, and cooked to perfection. Our server, Mario, deserves a special mention. He seemed to be handling everything, from serving to bussing to cashing out, yet he maintained a warm, kind demeanor and provided excellent customer service despite being so busy. Overall, Il Verricello is a must-visit spot for both the views and the food. Highly recommend!

The seafood was outstanding, the pasta unforgettable, and the service warm and welcoming. A true gem in Meta — worth a detour for anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast.

My wife and I went to this restaurant a few days ago. It's an excellent seaside restaurant... Excellent food, excellent service from the attentive and professional staff. The chef is very polite and knows his job well. Two small notes. When I booked, I asked for a table for two with a sea view... for my wife it was a sea view, for me it was a wall view. Another thing I don't agree with is the placemat on the table, because I like tablecloths, even though all restaurants use them now. In any case, for anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast, it's a restaurant worth trying. Thanks to all the staff for making sure we spent two wonderful evenings... See you this summer 2025. We were there in July on a recommendation and it turned out to be great. It's true that we didn't go without a reservation and had to wait a while, although they did offer us a tapa for the wait... the food was exquisite and the service was 10/10! I recommend it 100%.
