Very welcoming place, last Tuesday we went for dinner, this evening we return to enjoy a truly top-notch spaghetti with clams, at Pacioso every dish is an explosion of goodness.

Excellent restaurant, with a delightful outdoor area that recalls the atmosphere of times gone by, and overlooks the roofs of Anguillara and the lake. We ate a delicious and abundant seafood appetizer of which we particularly appreciated the anchovy and onion bruschetta. Next we ordered a summer version of cacio e pepe with lime and prawn tartare: fragrant and really tasty. To finish: an excellent creme caramel! Family service characterized by cordiality and great kindness. Excellent value for money.

Torno spesso in questo caratteristico ristorante, con una cucina veramente di qualità sia per gli ingredienti che elaborazione dei piatti. Prendete il risotto alla pescatora veramente eccezionale

Deserved reviews. Spaghettoni cacio e pepe with tartare and lime not to be missed. The whitefish is excellent. Service recommendations, even for the wine, spot on.

29/11/2024: Beautiful surprise. Excellent pizza restaurant. Nice welcoming place with very efficient service, all guys super attentive to everything. We went for the pizza, which I must say was excellent. Very light and not at all heavy dough, excellent quality seasoning, tested both in the crispy pizza and pinsa versions. Really nothing to say. Very good appetizers, cacio e pepe pancakes, supplì and courgette flowers. Excellent desserts, all homemade. Next time we'll try the meat....really impressive counter.
07/11/2024: First time, dinner with friends for work. everything was excellent, the meat was delicious, the waiters were very kind and very nice. I'll be back for sure.

14/08/2024: We ate there by chance after several refusals and a nice surprise in this little bistro which doesn't look like much. The dishes were simple but well cooked.
