Love this place! Great local Sicilian foods, especially fish.

Excellent quality of both fish and pizza in a family-friendly atmosphere with an exceptional view! When parking, drive up close to the restaurant and they'll help you park safely and bring you back to the restaurant.

Excellent trattoria with a traditional menu, generous and well-cooked dishes, excellent value for money. We had dinner for two. A very inviting mixed vegetable platter was displayed at the entrance. Two first courses, a half-bottle of house white wine, water, and two coffees totaled €37.

Superlative!!! A place where you can taste typical dishes, from the imaginative vegetables cooked and seasoned as the Sicilians know how to do, to the delicious first courses, with fish, highly recommended for the kindness of the owners and staff, for the delicious culinary proposals and for the excellent quality-price ratio. Go there!!!!

I ate two nights at this restaurant as I was visiting Catania (which I also recommend you visit because it is a wonderful city). The first night I ate penne alla norma (a typical Sicilian dish, born in Catania), and tuna with onions. It was all good but I have to say that the second night everything was even better than the first night. I ate penne with shrimp and chopped pistachios and it was out of this world even though I'm not crazy about shrimp, and for the second night the horse meat which was so soft and tasty that I didn't even add lemon to taste the meat! They are simple but tasty dishes. Here they make simple, homely but genuine cuisine with local flavors. The place is spartan and all the staff go out of their way to make you feel at ease. There's nothing to be done, Sicilians are really one step ahead in terms of hospitality and generosity! Thanks to everyone and greetings from Turin!

Su consiglio di ragazzi del mercato di Catania siamo venuti a pranzo in questo ristorante che consigliamo se siete a Catania. Ottimo cibo e sopratutto ottimi carciofi e pesce freschissimo...

Passeggiavo per via Umberto per andare in via musumeci a mangiare degli arancini quando mi trovo davanti questa trattoria stile casalingo, entro e vedo un locale abbastanza rustico, il personale è socievole, il menù ricco con prezzi interessanti e vedo degli antipasti a buffet molto invitanti infatti mi faccio preparare un piatto con carciofi alla brace caponata, zucca in agrodolce e altre prelibatezze, un antipasto buonissimo poi prendo uno spaghetto alla marinara con cozze vongole telline calamaro con un sughetto rosso dai sapori equilibrati. Come prima volta è stato ottimo, sicuramente quando tornerò a Catania ci verrò ancora
