How does one describe a meal this good in words. It is all about the fresh ingredients and a whole bunch of love. Undoubtedly a hidden gem that serves meals that are an emotion. We ordered the tortellini, tagliatele asparagus and penne ala vodka followed by fior di latte and the creme caramel. Everything was par excellence, the fior di latte and a special mention to the Ciambella the vhef sent us with the desserts on the house.

Exceptional Oasterua! From the friendly staff, to the welcoming environment to the food, a real hit at Truciolo. In the restaurant you can breathe an atmosphere of times gone by, which helps you immerse yourself in the authentic flavors of the cuisine. I can only recommend it. From any area of Emilia and beyond, in my opinion, the journey is worth it...

Locale veramente caldo ed accogliente, con personale gentile e professionale.

Frequento questo ristorante da quando Mecspe si tiene a Bologna, e non mi ha mai deluso.
Servizio ottimo, piatti ben cucinati e saporiti.
Il titolare è il perfetto esempio di oste 2.0: cordiale ma mai invadente, attento e premuroso.
Lista dei vini non sterminata ma di buon valore.
