Although we have only visited this restaurant once, many years ago, we still talk about the fabulous experience here. We stumbled upon it as we stayed at a hotel nearby during a road trip. Despite our Italian language skills being virtually zero, as luck would have it, there was one waiter who'd worked in England and recommended the most perfect combination of courses which made our dining experience unforgettable. We will be back - one day!

Restaurant that wants to be combed, the environment is comfortable and there is also sweet Verdiana background music, too formal and detached, service and cashier. Dishes of excellent quality and well cared for also in the presentation.

Ristorante tradizionale che offre cucina parmigiana con un tocco anche di innovazione. Il locale ha un'ambiente classico e un'atmosfera rilassata ed elegante. I piatti sono cucinati tutti ottimamente e con materie prime di alta qualità, conclude anche un servizio all'altezza. Ho adorato il bis di tortelli, la carne di cavallo e la coppa di zabaione, cioccolato e nocciole...per non parlare degli affettati con la torta fritta!

That was a convincingly excellent lunch break. The service was efficient and friendly, and the menu featured both well-executed traditional dishes and some unexpected delights, all while maintaining a focus on classic tastes.

Herziges Restaurant etwas abseits. Wurde uns von der Stadtführung emfohlen.
Herzliche Begrüssung, wir waren die ersten um 19 Uhr.
Runder Tisch am Ende eines kleinen Raumes. Es war gemütlich und ruhig.
Sehr gute Peisekarte mit Pasta oder Fleisch. Gerichte schmeckten hervorragend und der Service war die ganze Zeit diskret aber gut.
Gerne wieder.

Fantastic experience! Excellent food, excellent service, beautiful restaurant.
We were there with the family on Easter Sunday and ate fried pie with cured meats, asparagus and parmesan pie, tortelli with herbs and for the second course bacon cooked in Lambrusco, and for dessert the "Duchess of Parma": a truly fantastic lunch, also appreciated by our little girl.
Price appropriate to the quality and service offered.
