Excellent food! Fab antipasti, incredible pasta and polenta (a house speciality) and amazing desserts. Really lovely staff and a beautiful location. Highly recommend.

Beautiful experience in this wonderful restaurant that tells its story... ilaster chef Michele, a polenta maker of the past, with his polenta rognosa makes this dish an emblem, very good and rich in ingredients... delicious. Try it.

Well done, well done, well done. I ate goulash with polenta, and some truly superb cheese meatballs.

We returned to "Il Torchio" after two years because we had such wonderful memories of the restaurant. Once again, everything was delicious and different from the usual mountain menus, while still remaining true to tradition and using excellent ingredients. We will definitely return because, from the pasta dishes to the crustole and desserts, we want to continue savoring this unforgettable cuisine. Reservations are recommended.

Trying Pettorano polenta is a must, and Torchio is the perfect place to do it. Try the "polenta rognosa" (a type of polenta made with mushrooms) and the one with mugnoli (local broccoli), and don't miss the must cake served with ricotta ice cream. Everything is truly authentic, and you can even watch the polenta being made, with a full explanation!

Gestione familiare, calda accoglienza, qualità ottima, porzioni abbondanti e il signor Michele che cucinava la polenta nel paiolo come una volta ! Eravamo in 31 e siamo usciti tutti FELICI!! Grazie 🤩

Pranzo nel giorno di Pasquetta. Ci hanno fatto accomodare nonostante non avessimo prenotato ( in realtà avevo prenotato da una app, alla quale però non hanno mai dato conferma). A parte questo, posso dire di aver mangiato più che discretamente, nonostante avessi aspettative più alte. Ottima la polenta rognosa, specialità locale. Buona la chitarra ai funghi, sebbene un po' di sapidità in più non avrebbe guastato. Nota dolente l'agnello alla brace, molto grasso e soprattutto poco cotto! Inoltre per il prezzo pagato (20 euro per 4 pezzi) pensavo che il contorno fosse incluso, visto che nel menu non c'era traccia dei contorni. Invece me l'hanno addebitato. Servizio cortese ma piuttosto lento, ma era Pasquetta e il ristorante era pieno, quindi è comprensibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato.
