When booking I requested a romantic table, and so it was: a very intimate table was reserved for us, in a truly pleasant position, which allowed us to enjoy the evening. The environment is refined, fragrant, with soft lighting and soft music. The dining room staff was professional and helpful, with a smile we were assisted in choosing the wine and off-menu items, despite the à la carte proposal being already very refined. The dishes were presented aesthetically well-finished and really good, the palate perceives the quality of the raw material. We also had the opportunity to interact with the owners, who were extremely courteous and proved to be genuine people, with a wonderful story behind them. Excellent seafood restaurant. We tried a fabulous mussel appetizer. Worthy of praise the fried food, hot and crispy, perhaps the best I have ever tried. Prices are not low, but adequate for the quality of the service and food.

During our stay in Sottomarina we dined twice at Tavernino and in both cases we were very satisfied. The environment is welcoming and well air conditioned, the service is attentive and professional and finally the quality of the dishes and raw materials is of the highest level. Here you can taste traditional Venetian dishes such as sarde in saor, which I found fabulous, scallops and canestrelli al forno or tagliolini with spider crab. The raw fish is also extraordinarily fresh. The wine list is notable quality and finally a quality/price ratio that I consider adequate for the food and the place.

The best experience I had in Sottomarina!!! All the staff is very professional and courteous! Applause to the chef who delighted us from appetizer to dessert! Fair prices for the quality received! Absolutely good

Splendida cena in un bel ristorante. Ogni piatto curato con cura e cucinato alla perfezione. Inaspettate e squisite le “moleche” (granchi in permuta del carapace fritti) fuori menu. Leggerissimo il fritto misto. Un piacere la scelta del vino (24 carati). Ci tornerò. Visto l’ambiente e la qualità del cibo , il prezzo è stato sicuramente proporzionato ed adeguato. Bravi!

Il locale è superlativo. Ma ciò che sicuramente apprezzo è l' accoglienza e la professionalità. I piatti sono da sempre pieni di amore ed esperienza, e per questo lo consiglio a tutti. Se potessi darei una stella in più. Bravissimi tutti. Eccellente❤️
