A small but very well-kept restaurant with an atmosphere reminiscent of 16th-century Tuscany. All the ingredients are locally sourced, and the owner puts a lot of effort into researching them. The staff and owner are very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Delicious lunch. Traditional crostoni and very friendly staff. You can feel the history of the place. Everything was perfect, I will recommend it to friends and family!

Il Tagliere Medievale a Monteriggioni è un’esperienza unica che ti trasporta indietro nel tempo! Situato in un palazzo del 1200, l’atmosfera medievale è resa autentica da armi e armature d’epoca che decorano il locale. I taglieri sono eccezionali, con salumi e formaggi locali di altissima qualità, accompagnati da crostoni di pane caldo con deliziosi condimenti tipici della zona. Il proprietario, appassionato, racconta volentieri la storia del luogo e le usanze a tavola del Medioevo, arricchendo la visita con aneddoti coinvolgenti. Perfetto per chi cerca gusto, cultura e un tuffo nella tradizione toscana ad un prezzo adatto a tutti.

08/10/2025: Great spot. Nice little porch for al fresco dining. The owner was so nice and accommodating. The food was excellent and the drinks were reasonable prices and outstanding. Well done. Small selection of food in the menu but 4 of us all had different entrees and all were GREAT.

31/12/2025: Everything was perfect: excellent food, service, and ambiance, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The desserts were truly unique and delicious. Highly recommended!
19/10/2025: A great place! The pizzas are excellent and we will definitely come back on our next trip to Colle. The terrace with a view is ideal! Not only do I recommend it, but I also strongly encourage you to try this great restaurant!
