We moved to Abruzzo, a wonderful land, and we tasted typical Abruzzese dishes... delicious... well, I recommend you first of all... Ristorante il Setaccio. Fresh pasta made by them is a real delicacy. Plus, the owners are wonderful people.

Excellent lunch, great service. Pasta chitarra, gnocchi, and vegetables - all perfectly done. Generous amount of truffle. Highly recommend.

Tiny family-run restaurant: the wife waits tables, the husband cooks. The atmosphere is informal and friendly. Fresh homemade pasta is served. We ordered chitarra with truffle and scamorza with truffle. Both dishes were beautifully seasoned with generous shavings of fresh summer truffle.
Good bulk wine (red Montepulciano di Abruzzo).
Fair prices. I've attached a photo of the menu.
We were lucky to get the last table. Reservations are recommended.

Small and cozy place. Quiet with only four tables, so it's best to book in advance. Excellent ravioli and the pork loin with caramelized onions are delicious. Excellent value for money. Recommended.

Today, after many years, I returned to Il Setaccio.
Excellent, intimate and well-managed, perfect welcome, Simona always kind and punctual, the food was excellent, the ravioli excellent, and the desserts very interesting.
