A historic place for Mugello drivers, I've been going there for 30 years, always the same, and the food is always good, the pizza is exaggeratedly delicate and delicious like 30 years ago, affordable and the staff are very kind.

The dishes are always good and plentiful, but the wines are missing bulk and a price list for bottles. Two full dining rooms with just one waitress is simply not an option; it's like having a wedding with dried figs, as they say in Tuscany. Too much oil in the first courses.

Standard restaurant. This probably applies to all other Mugello Circuit visitors as well. They're just too tired in the evening to give a good review :D

Di passaggio a Scarperia, mi è stato consigliato questo ristorante ed stata una buona indicazione. Il ristorante , pizzeria è accogliente e familiare. Il menù di mare e di terra comprende molta scelta. Piatti abbondanti e di buona qualità. Prezzo nella media. Professionalità e cortesia. Lo consiglio.

La comida era excelente. El personal no tenía mucho inglés, pero entre nosotros logramos obtener todo lo que pedimos. Volvimos por 3 noches que estuvimos en la ciudad

23/05/2025: I live in Markham, Canada - where some of the world’s finest Asian cuisine is; and this restaurant is absolutely authentic in its food. It was a lovely change of cuisine to visit Italy and get a solid ramen that tasted so original. Had the set ramen menu with the gyoza, spicy kimchi ramen, and a Japanese cheesecake to finish. All delicious through and through, highly recommended.
19/05/2025: I always go there very willingly, usually I take the Ciampon (a truly exquisite broth) but this time I wanted to try the Curry udon and I must say that I found it truly excellent 🤤 Of all the places I have tried both in Florence and I can't say that their ramen is unbeatable, all very fresh ingredients, hand-made noodles and the most important thing a truly excellent broth 💜 Highly recommended 💜

18/06/2025: Nice evening in company. The Chianina burger was very good, the pizza less so.
17/06/2025: Good. The pizza. It is a thin pizza (if you want it thick you have to ask for double dough); I was skeptical before tasting it, but I have to say that it was crispy to the right point, topped with good ingredients. The place is decorated in a nice way. Very good
