I used to go to the rustico 40 years ago, over time we have always returned and I must say that in all these years nothing has changed, the food is always excellent, very good pizzas.... well done well done

The atmosphere is rustic, as the restaurant's name suggests, but very welcoming.
The service was excellent, no complaints there. Even though the place was quite busy, we didn't wait; the dishes arrived promptly.
I have to take one star off for the first course, the carbonara. It was made with pancetta (which was fine), but unfortunately it was burned and spread all over the pasta. On the one hand, it was even better this way; we removed it because it was inedible and ruined everything.
The rest of the food was excellent, the appetizers excellent.
The pappardelle with mushrooms and truffles were excellent.
The portions were generous.

We have been customers for years and the food is very good, with generous portions, but you can't pay €4.50 for a can of soft drink like Coca-Cola when it costs 0.80 cents... a markup like that, not even at the seaside where they are obviously more expensive.

Huge dishes. Reasonable prices.

A wonderful business lunch. A bit far from Florence, but worth it. The prices are reasonable for what they offer. We had a generous appetizer (and were already full), two first courses, and a meat dish that melted in your mouth. I'll be back with the whole family.

Di passaggio a Scarperia, mi è stato consigliato questo ristorante ed stata una buona indicazione. Il ristorante , pizzeria è accogliente e familiare. Il menù di mare e di terra comprende molta scelta. Piatti abbondanti e di buona qualità. Prezzo nella media. Professionalità e cortesia. Lo consiglio.
