Everything was delicious and the staff were very kind, the food was of excellent quality and I would say it was the best restaurant in Pietrasanta.

We visited Osteria Il Rosolaccio in Tonfano, Marina di Pietrasanta, and had a truly pleasant experience. We sampled a dish of spaghetti with shelled clams, cooked to perfection and truly delicious: an authentic flavor, typical of Versilia cuisine, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The restaurant is charming and welcoming, overlooking Via Interna, home to several characteristic local shops, creating a lively and pleasant atmosphere for an informal lunch. Kudos also go to the friendly and hospitable staff, who immediately made us feel at ease. Furthermore, the quality-price ratio was more than satisfactory: the dish wasn't at all expensive considering the quality. In short, a place to recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic dishes in a simple yet refined setting, with the warm hospitality typical of Versilia.

A particularly delightful dinner, flavor-wise. The girls were very kind, but I think the lavender-flavored dessert is absolutely unique: I've had them everywhere, even created by Michelin-starred chefs, and they tasted like lavender soap, while this semifreddo tasted exactly like lavender flowers. Il ristorante si presenta molto familiare con simpatici arredi che si ispirano ai mobili delle nostre nonne. Vicinissimo al mare. I piatti ben serviti racchiudono le specialità del luogo con particolare preferenza ai piatti di mare. Oltre al ristorante vi è una ricca pizzeria con pizze anche ricercate e molto gustose. Il personale è disponibile e giovane. Un ringraziamento particolare a Stefania che con la sua gentilezza e professionalità ha reso la serata indimentibile.
