Excellent restaurant where you can eat excellent grilled meat but also good pizza, also fried foods and desserts are remarkable. The service is truly impeccable and the staff is very kind and helpful. You also spend little for the quality offered, if you are in Amelia it is absolutely worth trying.

Food: The cold cuts and cheeses are delicious and they give you a lot of different types to try with marmalades, honey and jams on the side with delicious focaccia. We ordered the mixed grill and everything was cooked to perfection. We had potatoes and chicory as sides and again I can't fault anything. Wine: prices are very reasonable and you can get bottles from 15 euros onwards Staff: They were so kind and friendly and we had babies with us and they were so accommodating. They were always smiling and very attentive and made us feel so welcome. Restaurant: spotless, clean, the decor is so nice and easy to park outside. Dessert: the tiramisu is delicious and they let us try 'colomba' an Easter treat in Italy. If you are in the area, pop by, you won't be disappointed

Today Christmas 2024 we chose to have lunch at the Ristoro del Falco, it couldn't have been a better choice ✨️ the welcome, the warmth of the place, from the starters to the desserts it was a crescendo of excellent food, flavours, abundant dishes and a refined menu. Excellent value for money ✨️ I highly recommend 1000x1000 ♥️

Siamo venuti qui per caso e il calore l'accoglienza e il cibo sono incredibilmente appaganti. Non ci andate, vogliamo rimanga un segreto solo per noi... :) Davvero consigliato!

02/06/2025: We came to eat on June 2nd after visiting the Marmore Falls. Convenient location, super friendly staff, excellent food. Average price. Fast and efficient service. We will definitely be back
25/05/2025: We went to eat at this restaurant because my partner had already been there a long time ago and had a great time. What can I say... A place full of love. Welcoming and familiar atmosphere, kind staff starting from Letizia, Matteo and Maria, always attentive to every little detail... truly excellent cuisine and I compliment Francesco, Luciana and Denise. We tasted everything from the appetizer to the first course, second course and side dish.. and since we had the birthday boy at the table with us (my partner) the very kind Mrs. Antonella, with the help of her magnificent team created a dessert on the spot with a candle. Truly a beautiful experience!!!. This place deserves to be visited not only for its excellent cuisine, but above all for the love that is behind every single thing, and above all I recommend getting to know the wonderful staff that is part of it. Ristorante Enoteca La Clessidra

21/03/2025: Dinner was a wonderful experience. Intimate venue, attentive and efficient service, excellent dishes and wines. We ordered the tartare and the sirloin, excellent meat and very successful preparation. We are left looking forward to the next visit... Well done Hourglass and well done Emiliano.
19/03/2025: locale accogliente, in una strada non trafficata. staff molto gentile e cibo gourmet . associazioni tra ingredienti molto fantasiose e raccontate nei particolari, a volte non sempre riuscite. ingredienti sempre molto buoni e di qualità. da visitare.
