This restaurant offers a good selection of pizzas, although the prices are significantly higher than average. The same goes for the meat (€8/hg), which is way too expensive. The service needs to be reviewed: on a normal weekday, they forgot to provide cutlery for a child, and they always put mozzarella on the same child's
pizza when it was requested
without (which was later remade).

We thought the pizza and service was very good. The crust was very crispy and light and just melted in your mouth. I wish I onew how they made the crust😃

If you're passing through or vacationing in Umbria, I highly recommend trying it! The food is delicious and the staff are incredibly friendly. You won't regret it.

Clean and well-kept restaurant, pleasant atmosphere, and friendly staff. The offerings are rather limited: a pizzeria with a few options, no first course, a grill with only three options, a burger with fries, and the classic fried appetizers. The food was average: nothing negative, but nothing that stood out either. Even the sliced steak was "normal," with no particular strengths or weaknesses. What is puzzling is the final bill: for a dinner consisting of appetizers, simple second courses, a few side dishes, and beers, the total was €121, with a €3 cover charge per person. Prices seem high for the selection and overall quality, more in line with a higher-end restaurant. Overall, an average experience, but the value for money doesn't reflect what's on offer.

Unfortunately, the biggest problem today is the loss of the symbolic value of food.
Most restaurants have become commodities, soulless consumer goods, just like the junk food they produce.
But today I had the privilege of discovering a place where my emotions were amplified without limits, thanks to the wonderful people who take care of every detail of this wonderful place called IL RISTORO DEL FALCO.
The owner, her daughter, a pizza chef, and Grill Master Adriano are geniuses, creators of emotions, a shining light that should certainly be a point of reference for all those who claim to love cooking, especially meat.
Respect for tradition, expert use of raw materials, and mastery in combining them.
This and much more is "IL RISTORO DEL FALCO", an incredibly welcoming place, full of love, purity, and true feelings that tell the story of Roman and Italian food and wine.
Dishes rich in flavor that linger on the palate but, above all, in the soul and heart, filling the voids with intense emotions.
Art, craftsmanship, and passion are the tools that live in the hands of Adriano and his sweetheart, and they shine through in every dish.
Dishes that fully respect the flavors of the ingredients, which are enhanced by a combination of perfectly balanced elements.
Two elements predominate: preparation technique and top-quality ingredients.
Technique is a broad and expert demonstration of an Italian chef's knowledge of what the verb "cooking" meat means.
This quality standard allows the customer to fully enjoy the flavors with perfectly balanced combinations that make every bite unique.
Secondary elements are never placed to overwhelm the main element of the dish but always accompany it, allowing the palate to distinguish the flavors from one another.
The staff's expertise will surprise you with every dish.
The cellar is perfectly structured and offers a wide selection of world-class labels.
