Let me start by saying that we went to this restaurant on a Sunday. The food was good but not exceptional; the fried food was done properly. As for the service, we had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for the dishes we'd ordered; in fact, we skipped dessert for fear of having to wait another half hour after the previous hour and a half. The setting was lovely, right in the center of the charming village of Cinigiano (Tuscany). The staff was welcoming.

Hello, Last night we spontaneously stopped by this pizzeria for dinner and were absolutely thrilled. From the first bite, it was clear: everything was just right here. The pizza was absolutely top-notch – crispy, fresh, and delicious. The pasta was also excellent and immediately won us over. I would particularly like to highlight the beautiful outdoor ambiance. In the evening, with the right lighting, it's truly inviting and a real eye-catcher – perfect for a cozy end to the day. Since we had just arrived in the area, we didn't have a reservation and discovered that there were no tables available outside. We could have been seated inside immediately, but we really wanted to sit outside. The owners gave us an incredibly friendly welcome and suggested we get a table in about 20 minutes. We were very impressed by their hospitality! So we took a short walk and were actually able to sit outside. All in all: excellent food, great atmosphere, and hosts who put their heart and soul into their service. We will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. If you love pizza and pasta, you've come to the right place!

The food is very tasty, the prices are reasonable and the service is helpful - I recommend it!

We stayed in Cinigiano for a week and ate at this wonderful restaurant twice. The food was divine. We tried the wild boar, the pizza, and, at our request, Fabio prepared a Florentine steak that was simply exquisite. All the staff were very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything and congratulations again.

We had a wonderful meal last night: we shared "terra" and "mare" appetizers. Then we had pasta with langoustines and pistachio pesto, pizza gameroom (shrimp and smoked salmon), and pasta with wine sauce, onion, and sausage. We also enjoyed a bottle of Vermentino from Impostino. We rounded it off with desserts and coffee with sambucca. Delicious, and the service was friendly and helpful.

A restaurant in a typically Italian setting on a small square in a very pretty village. The food is delicious and the waiters are attentive. I'll be back! Special mention for the octopus carpaccio 🐙

Wij komen hier al jaren. We eten niet alleen pizza,'s het vlees is ook fantastisch. En de bediening is ook fijn ze zijn erg aardig. En we werden weer hartelijk ontvangen. Volgend jaar komen we zeker weer om de andere dag heerlijk eten.

Nelle colline variopinte della campagna grossetana, tra la Vall'Ombrone e a Val d'Orcia, c'è un borgo, al centro del quale, inserita in una piccola piazzetta, dominata dalla torre campanaria, sorge una trattoria, dove il tempo sembra essersi arrestato. Potrebbe essere l'inizio di una favola e invece il Rintocco è una stupenda realtà, che abbiamo avuto modo di scoprire nel nostro peregrinare tra i borghi maremmani. Una trattoria- pizzeria semplice e autentica, non solo nei locali ma, soprattutto, nell'accoglienza, che i cortesi proprietari e il premuroso cameriere riservano a tutti gli avventori. La cucina spazia da proposte a base di pesce a piatti tipici dell'entroterra maremmano, con numerose proposte "del giorno" che attingono alla stagionalità dei prodotti della terra e alla selvaggina. Tutti i piatti, congrui nelle porzioni e nel prezzo, raccontano una storia d'amore per un territorio, le sue tradizioni e i suoi prodotti. Per noi che, da Brescia, viviamo con la Maremma nel cuore è oramai meta fissa al termine di ogni gita nell'entroterra maremmano, specialmente l'estate, quando è possibile cenare nell'antistante piazzetta, trovando, così refrigerio, al calar del sole, dalla calura estiva. Complimenti ai proprietari e ai loro gentili collaboratori. A presto!!
