Per lavoro spesso scelgo questo locale non distante dall'aeroporto. Materia prima ben trattata dall chef. Primi di pesce spaziali con anche proposte giornaliere fuori menù. Antipasto calabrese da provare sempre e anche sui secondi di pesce vasta scelta (frittura mista Top). Ottima carta dei vini e personale accogliente cosa che non guasta mai. Da tornarci sempre .

Catering excellence, today I ate one of the best first courses I have ever eaten in my life tagliolini with smoked eel bottarga and French butter, a divine dish with a sublime balance of flavours, compliments to Mr. Luciano and thanks for the dish suggestion. In my opinion the best restaurant in the Lamezia Terme area.

02/03/2025: After a year we returned, directly from Milan, to savor the delicacies of Chef Raimondo who was able to amaze us again with a top-notch gourmet menu! In this restaurant, in addition to the kindness and warmth of all the staff (led by the super landlady Noemi), you will find the perfect combination between quality and innovation! In each course the Chef with the utmost CARE combines raw materials and flavors that delight the palate of us lovers of perfection! Don't think about classic seafood or land dishes, here you can find special dishes that combine all the elements and transport you to culinary paradise. 02/02/2025: One of my passions is good food. I have eaten in many, many starred restaurants and I still can't understand how La Cura has not yet received Michelin recognition. Not only nothing to envy but for my personal taste much better than some 2 or 3 star restaurants.
