I've driven along this road leading to Lake Trasimeno many times, and this time I tried the restaurant. The owner and staff were very attentive and friendly. The appetizer was good, featuring local cured meats. The balanced first course, gnocchi with courgettes and sliced truffle, was very good. The reinterpretation of the Chianina beef osso buco was also interesting. The prices are in line with local fare. My advice is to update the prices on the official website for both the restaurant and the hotel, as they aren't up to date.
I had a great time, and I hope to return. They also make pizza and have hotels, which I haven't tried. I recommend booking.

An intimate and peaceful hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the city, in the heart of touristy Umbria and Tuscany. Very friendly owners, clean rooms, and a good restaurant. Breakfast could be improved and improved. Highly recommended for couples and families. Reasonable prices.

Whenever I can, I go to Luca and Miriam, the owners, for a business lunch or a special occasion. I always recommend it. Whether you're looking for meat or fish (I recommend ordering), I'm sure you'll eat excellently and abundantly, with excellent value. The atmosphere is family-friendly, and the owners are friendly and helpful. The restaurant, which also has rooms, is conveniently located for exploring the Val d'Orcia and Lake Trasimeno. Siena and Perugia are also within easy reach.
