Menu with very interesting proposals. We took the lunch menu with the egg cooked at 63°, the Milanese risotto with ossobuco and the dessert, to which we added a braised meat with celeriac cream and mushrooms. As an entrée they brought us two falafel each on top of a purple carrot mayonnaise. All extremely good, I would have done an encore of everything, but it is the Milanese risotto that is illegal due to how good it is. Very kind and professional waitress, welcoming and very nice place, with the possibility of sitting both inside and outside on the square overlooking the lake. Very high quality/price, I will definitely return.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at this charming local spot that truly knocked it out of the park in every category. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting.
Our waitress, Anna-Lisa, was absolutely delightful. She answered all our questions with a smile, and made sure we had everything we needed.
Her boyfriend of a chef Michele did not disappoint. The man can cook!
Everything we had was cooked to perfection and the portion size was generous—honestly, I couldn’t finish the main course.
We left feeling completely satisfied.
This place is a hidden gem, and I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend!

I went on Saturday evening with my son, on the recommendation of a friend. We ordered an appetizer and then, to better evaluate the hand of the chefs, we tasted three different first courses. All the dishes were very carefully presented but what struck us was the balance of the dishes and their deliciousness. one dish above all: chicken plin ravioli, an amazing combination of flavours.

Abbiamo pranzato al ristorante Il Portale a Pallanza e l’esperienza è stata davvero fantastica. Abbiamo scelto alcune delle specialità del menu e ogni piatto ci ha conquistato per la qualità degli ingredienti e la cura nella preparazione.
L’atmosfera del locale è accogliente e rilassante, ideale per un pranzo piacevole in buona compagnia. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: personale cordiale, professionale e sempre attento alle nostre esigenze.
Un posto che consigliamo vivamente a chi cerca un pranzo di qualità in un ambiente raffinato. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Excellent place, in the center of Verbania, lake view. Young and trained staff. Refined cuisine, a combination of refined tastes and typical flavours. Dining room staff, Annalisa, sweet, helpful and prepared. I recommend taking a detour from your trip to reach it.

Qué descubrimiento... está dirigido por una gran pareja joven que definitivamente se hará un nombre en algún momento.
Gran decoración y diseño . . excelente saludo y servicio . . excelente menú que ofrece algo de calidad real en términos de elección y presentación.
Una fantástica adición a la comida en Verbania Pallanza. Espero sinceramente que este lugar tenga éxito y prospere.
