Nice restaurant, liked their pizza.

Yesterday I had ribbon pasta with black truffle sauce, the truffles sliced ​​thinly over the pasta with olive oil and other seasonings. Exquisite, everything perfectly cooked, the waiter's service was always attentive, and I had a delicious glass of red wine. It's not to be missed.

Stopped for a quick lunch. In two, we shared a pizza. It was fantastic! Nice and crispy on the outside but soft to chew! Plenty of cheese on top. The restaurant itself is adorable inside or you can sit on the street. We recommend.

The pizza is nothing special. The dough is good, but it's too thick considering the toppings they put on it. More toppings are needed if the dough is 3-5 mm thick. The service is average, and the prices are average for Umbria. 30 cm pizza for two people, €15.

On Sunday the 8th, I was in Perugia and decided to stop for lunch at Il Bacio Ristorante Pizzeria on Corso Vannucci, right in the city center. The restaurant was packed, so I ate outside at the tables in the square under the gazebos, a truly delightful location. The menu is extensive and offers many choices. I ordered a panzerotto pugliese and a mushroom risotto with truffles: I must say the risotto was truly excellent, very flavorful and well-prepared. The service was quick, and the staff was kind and welcoming. The prices are reasonable for a tourist destination, in line with other cities like Rome. Unfortunately, it started raining shortly after, and I had to pay and leave quickly, otherwise I would have happily tried other dishes on the menu. Overall, it was a very positive experience: good food, quick service, and a fantastic location in the center of Perugia. I definitely recommend it.
