"Il Pellicano has been a true guarantee since 1989. Located in the Acilia neighborhood, it's a pizzeria I've been going to since I was a little girl with my parents, and it's still my favorite. The staff is always kind and welcoming, while the owner is a friendly person who helps create a family atmosphere. The pizzas are excellent, as are the supplì and all the other specialties. Of all the pizzerias in the area, for me it's still the best, especially for the excellent quality-price ratio. Highly recommended!" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A wonderful discovery! We were in the area for an event and ended up eating here. Cute little place, pleasant music, a warm welcome, but we went for the food. Coccio di Pienza with *truffle*: the truffle was REAL, no oil, no puree in a jar, real truffle shavings, a dream. The platter for two is truly two, plentiful and excellent. The cacio e pepe was delicious. The tagliata with radicchio and potatoes was spectacular. The fillet steak was TOP. But the highlight is the warm, fragrant, and crunchy homemade bread. We were given a half loaf of bread along with a small piece of apple strudel, also freshly baked. Excellent. We will definitely be back.

02/12/2025: I was really satisfied. We had pizza slices and calzones, and everything was delicious, with fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors. The staff was also very helpful and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! 🍕✨
27/10/2025: A pleasant discovery. Fabulous, highly digestible pizza. Many flavors, all delicious, especially the marinara one. Unique supplì, fried on the spot. And since your appetite comes with eating, we also ordered some very good first courses and two second courses with sides. Wine (1/2 cup), water. The owner, Marco, was incredibly kind and treated us to fried pizza, Nutella, and a good coffee. Reasonable price, €48 for 4 people. We'll definitely return and finish our walk to Monte Porzio Catone, which, like other gems of the Castelli Romani, is definitely worth a visit.
