Really good pizza, with an amazing dough. Service was a bit of a challenge due to the mix of hotel and external guests, but the dough was worth the short wait.

What can I say? Beautiful and welcoming. The staff were kind and attentive. I had a plate of gluten-free seafood pasta. It was delicious! Truly! I'm not from Bologna, but we'll definitely be back! It's definitely worth it. Well done!

Tonight I had the pleasure of dining for the first time at Ristorante Il Paglione in Bologna... and what a wonderful discovery! 🌟 As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with kindness and professionalism, in a refined setting with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service was impeccable, attentive but never intrusive. We chose a truly extraordinary plate of spaghetti allo scoglio: rich, fragrant, and abundant. The seafood was incredibly fresh, the seasoning well-balanced, and that touch of cherry tomatoes made everything even more delicious 🍝🦐🦑🍷. It was all accompanied by an excellent glass of white wine recommended directly by the owner: a perfect choice! An authentic culinary experience that makes you appreciate seafood cuisine even in Bologna. Highly recommended for a dinner with friends or simply to treat yourself to something delicious. We can't wait to return... this time to try the authentic tagliatelle with Bolognese ragù!

I have been to this restaurant several times and I always come back very willingly. Superb pizza, amazing burgers, everything is delicious. Superb wine cellar. Excellent service.

We were here two days ago and really enjoyed it. The ambiance and atmosphere were lovely. The food was delicious. Unfortunately, our server wasn't very friendly and seemed a bit annoyed at times. The restaurant is recommended if you want to eat somewhere away from the city center.

The owner makes you feel at ease straight away, he knows how to advise and pamper you, the first evening paccheri with seafood and tortellacci in gorgonzola fondue, truly excellent, the second evening we ate pizza and I one with mortadella and buffalo mozzarella and my wife one with seafood and in her opinion the best pizza she has ever eaten. compliments

Great restaurant, service a bit slow but with really good dishes. Excellent tagliatelle and cotoletta alla bolognese. Average prices.

Locale pulito ,lo Staff gentilissimo ,il Proprietario attento e affabile.Ci sono molti vini di qualita e idem I liquori.Il prezzo giusto .Da provare .La chicca :vicinissimo all Hotel,se vuoi non esci nemmeno !!!!!
