An excellent experience in a historic location. Excellent hospitality, perhaps a little chilly but definitely impactful. In addition to the menu, there are two tastings. We chose the more comprehensive one. The selection ranged from meat to fish, including specialty dishes like onions wrapped in milk, truly memorable. The wine list was good, although we opted for pairings. The staff was friendly and professional, and the bill was reasonable.

Bella la location, anche le scelte gastronomiche e i piccoli entree della casa, la pasticceria pre caffè. Servizio migliorabile, e anche i calici di vino: mezzo dito in più non guasterebbe … Menu fisso da 80€ e 110€, vini esclusi, già il primo è abbastanza per quantità.

One of the best places I’ve ever been to. There are so many tastings alongside the main menu that at the end of the dinner I felt like I was taken through a journey.
