One of the best places I’ve ever been to. There are so many tastings alongside the main menu that at the end of the dinner I felt like I was taken through a journey.

Si tratta di un ristorante stellato, che merita tutto il riconoscimento avuto dalla guida Michelin.
Bella location, unico neo l'accesso al parcheggio. Preso menù degustazione da 80 euro compresi vini. Ottima materia prima e servizio assolutamente preciso e attento.
Squisito il pane che fanno loro, servito
caldo con accostamento di gelato all'olio da spalmare.
Conto direi contenuto in relazione a quanto offerto, con due vini, un bianco Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi e un ottimo Nebbiolo.

We were at the Patio one evening in early May. The Michelin-starred restaurant offers a refined and innovative gastronomic experience, maintaining a strong connection with the Piedmontese territory. Led by chef Sergio Vineis and his son Simone, the restaurant is housed in an elegant eighteenth-century farmhouse, with a terrace surrounded by greenery, ideal for the summer.
High quality of the dishes, balance of flavours, culinary innovation and excellent value for money are all reasons to return. Thanks, we had a great time!

The restaurant is the perfect combination of rustic and elegant, the room extends between ancient walls and barrel vaults which make the environment warm, welcoming and familiar. The service is professional, attentive and attentive. In the kitchen, skilled hands create small, very scenic works of art that open and close the tasting while in the middle, perfectly balanced dishes delight the palate and warm the heart. This is a REAL kitchen! which starts from tradition and with expertly applied modern techniques is proposed again to delight even the most demanding palates. Highly recommended is the pairing of the courses with the wines proposed by the sommelier which allows you to savor the dishes to the fullest while capturing even the most subtle nuances.
