We dined at Il Nonno Pescatore and had a truly wonderful evening. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, perfect for sitting back and enjoying the moment. The fish dishes were the absolute highlight for us—fresh, aromatic, and beautifully prepared. You can taste the proximity to the sea and the love for Mediterranean cuisine in every bite. The side dishes and appetizers were also delicious and perfectly balanced. The service was attentive, friendly, and pleasantly personal, making us feel completely well taken care of. Our conclusion: A fantastic place for anyone who loves fish and seafood. Definitely a restaurant we'd love to visit again. Highly recommended!

I went this evening after a while. I'm not a regular, but I've been going for years. What can I say? The ingredients are excellent quality, but this evening the mixed roast was a bit disappointing, with a variety and portions below their standards. It's a shame. The fried food was excellent. I highly recommend it, but I still give it 5 stars because a few lapses are to be expected. I'll definitely be back!

Nothing to say about the dishes, the scandal is that for dessert they only have ice creams and we went on January 6th at the end of the first course and asked for three fried squid. I immediately noticed the meager quantity and was quite upset. Today I'm even more upset about the receipt that I was about to throw away three portions. I repeat, they didn't make one for the price of 14 for three!!!!!! Believe me, I'm not talking about quality but honestly, a measly portion. I will not recommend it.

What can I say?! Everything was truly excellent, fresh fish, and plenty of it... The waiters were excellent... The owner was a wonderful host... Highly recommended 🥂

The place isn't large, but the tables and seating are well-spaced. Attentive and friendly staff. Excellent food. Fantastic appetizers. Very good first courses; the tuna carbonara is highly recommended, as is the anglerfish. The staff are super friendly, and the mini gelatos are delicious. Good wine selection. Reasonably priced. Definitely a restaurant to recommend.

Worth mentioning are the oysters salvaged from the trammel nets, steamed baby cuttlefish and squid, marinated anchovies, and local razor clams au gratin...
