The service is exceptional, and the atmosphere is wonderful. The limoncello and crème brûlée are excellent.

A very pleasant surprise... The staff was kind, welcoming, friendly, and professional. The pizzas were excellent, as were the desserts. The place was welcoming, clean, and with attention to detail. Highly recommended.

We were staying very close to this pizzeria and I saw this place was busy every single night so we decided to visit, and it turned out to be a great find. The pizza was delicious, thin, crispy crust with fresh ingredients and just the right amount of cheese and sauce. The Capricciosa was especially good, loaded with artichokes, mushrooms, ham, and olives. Service was quick and friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. It’s a casual spot, more local than touristy, which made the experience feel authentic. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in Pisa and craving great pizza without the crowds.

Highly recommended!! Excellent pizza, very kind and friendly staff, and a helpful and professional pizza chef: we asked for a calzone off the menu, and not only was he happy with it, but he even changed a few details to match the type of pizza, making it truly delicious and unique! For us, this is a sign of expertise, but above all, of great passion for their work. (It was a 4-cheese calzone.) We'll definitely be back!!

Ristorante con piccolo parcheggio di proprietà e vari posti a pochi passi di distanza. Servizio molto veloce e cortese. Pizze stile napoletano con cornicione alto, ma parte centrale non eccessivamente sottile, direi ottimo nell'insieme. Le verdure messe sopra erano semplicemente scottate, mentre lo speck è risultato un po' troppo duro.

07/08/2025: We organized a blind dinner with a couple of friends and I must say that it exceeded expectations. A really nice and welcoming place. Large motorcycle parking. Nice outdoor area for summer dining. Staff always smiling, polite and ready to smile. And what can I say about the food... excellent, I would say we ate for 10 and even the wine did its part! We'll be back soon!

I was enchanted... by the new entry, yes, because the management IS NEW, A young couple, he in the kitchen and she Luisana who manages everything else with great skill. The first time I had lunch for work, we were able to talk, so I took the opportunity to ask her what they were preparing... Their signature dishes... And that's exactly where Luisana enchants me. Yes, I was enchanted to discover a highly trained young woman in unison with her husband, the Chef, I'd never experienced that before. I won't go into detail because they really deserve to be discovered at their Sottobosco Restaurant... Enchanted! All I have to say is that I ate wonderfully, pasta with artichoke cream... and lampredotto. In fact, I didn't even take a photo because I was so eager to enjoy the dishes. I promise, next time I'll take some! Good luck, guys! I stayed there in mid-July 2025 and voilà, you also eat excellent fish.
