With my husband, we decided to celebrate the baptism of our daughter Anita at Melograno, a restaurant we have always been fond of and which confirmed our expectations: delicious lunch, impeccable service, excellent guest care. We spent a day of celebration in absolute light-heartedness with the certainty of giving our guests the same pleasant sensations.

Beautiful location in the center of Trani. Excellent service and maximum friendliness. Excellent food and always ready to satisfy customers and pamper them. Highly recommended

An extraordinary experience, welcomed in a beautiful location surrounded by lots of greenery, helpful and very attentive staff, delicious and very balanced dishes, a well-done detail goes to Chef Francesco who surpassed himself with the Fusilli with the scent of sea urchins, cheese and pepper worthy of a shoe made not only by myself.

A refined location in the center to enjoy refined dishes with fine and excellent quality raw materials. Customer care is more the icing on the cake. Special mention to the spaghettone with chopped red prawn: a real delight for the palate!

Dopo una'accurata ricerca su TripAdvisor, scelgo questo ristorante a Trani, in una zona che ho spesso frequentato ma sinceramente non lo avevo mai notato. Dopo una comada prenotazione tramite WhatsApp, arriviamo al ristorante e subito ci fanno accomodare. Noto un'ambiente molto elegante, total white che dei bei quadri sulle pareti e una piacevole musica in sottofondo. Essendo io e mia moglie, amanti del pesce crudo, scegliamo 5 portate di antipasti dove il pesce crudo era sempre presente. Che dire freschezza del prodotto, sapore del mare e accostamenti di sapori proposti dallo chef, impeccabili. Tutto molto buono. Proseguiamo con due primi, anch'essi di mare, esattamente un tortello e uno scialatello. Uno più delicato mentre l'altro più deciso, nel sentire anche qui il mare.. Ottimi entrambi. Il tutto accompagnato con un ottima bollicina rose' pugliese.. D'arapri' una garanzia. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Servizio e cura nella preparazione dei piatti, impeccabile. Questo è un ristorante di fascia medio/alta, presente nella guida Michelin 2024. Rapporto qualità/prezzo direi ottimo. Da ritornare.

I was here with my wife for the anniversary. Let me start by saying that none of the dishes had the "wow" effect, but there is an excessive use of balsamic vinegar and sauces, which hide the flavor of the main ingredient (monk fish, a little tough among other things). The tortelloni are excellent, although it seems forbidden, as there are two of us, to take different first courses. The service is attentive and courteous. The bill is high compared to what is offered (they also include coffee in the bill, we all know what coffee is like in restaurants and yet they charge more for it than at the bar). Good? Yes. Would you go back? No.

The starters were well made but lacked a bit of flavor. We had the tartare once and the squid once. The tartare was tasty but the squid was tough so it wasn't easy to chew. Unfortunately the main course wasn't really good. We decided to eat the fish of the day. It lacked flavor and the side dish was plain fries that could be reheated in the oven. The price for the fish was also very high, which surprised us a bit. We had imagined something better. The service was good and the staff was friendly. The ambience was calming, we particularly liked the music and the decorated walls. Unfortunately only 3 stars because we had imagined better food at a Michelin restaurant.
