Il Melograno In Trani

Dopo una'accurata ricerca su TripAdvisor, scelgo questo ristorante a Trani, in una zona che ho spesso frequentato ma sinceramente non lo avevo mai notato. Dopo una comada prenotazione tramite WhatsApp, arriviamo al ristorante e subito ci fanno accomodare. Noto un'ambiente molto elegante, total white che dei bei quadri sulle pareti e una piacevole musica in sottofondo. Essendo io e mia moglie, amanti del pesce crudo, scegliamo 5 portate di antipasti dove il pesce crudo era sempre presente. Che dire freschezza del prodotto, sapore del mare e accostamenti di sapori proposti dallo chef, impeccabili. Tutto molto buono. Proseguiamo con due primi, anch'essi di mare, esattamente un tortello e uno scialatello. Uno più delicato mentre l'altro più deciso, nel sentire anche qui il mare.. Ottimi entrambi. Il tutto accompagnato con un ottima bollicina rose' pugliese.. D'arapri' una garanzia. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Servizio e cura nella preparazione dei piatti, impeccabile. Questo è un ristorante di fascia medio/alta, presente nella guida Michelin 2024. Rapporto qualità/prezzo direi ottimo. Da ritornare.

Both the marinated trilogy and the glazed octopus are excellent. The fettuccine is among the best sea urchin dishes I have tried and even better are the tubettoni with fish and fennel soup full of fruit and fish and with a very tasty sauce. The tiramisu and millefeuille are also good. Quality wine list with acceptable mark-ups. Average prices for the place but competitive for the quality of the dishes.

We returned here after 22 years for lunch with my family and everything was to our liking. Very kind staff, dishes with attention to detail and a very well-kept environment.

Excellent location and impeccable service. Truly excellent cuisine and well served. From the freshest seafood, to the first and second courses, all based on fish and all excellent. Great selection of wines. Finally, the desserts are also excellent. Price resulting from the excellent quality of the products used. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, A SAFE REFERENCE POINT.
