Il Magazzino Delle Scope In Jesolo

We dined here during a short stay in Jesolo these days, between September and October, two of us plus my little daughter (no problem at all). I must say, it wasn't a coincidence; we'd heard about it and wanted to try it. A very quaint place, with a shabby-vintage feel, well-kept and casual (the owners are extremely friendly and helpful), with an adjoining small shop selling household products, all sourced from ethically certified organic and sustainable companies. We really liked the tapas-style menu: various choices, local yet original and seasonal, all small/medium (I don't consider them true cicchetti, but something more), allowing you to fully enjoy the many different options without running the risk of overloading yourself or getting bored. Special mention goes to the restaurant's ethics, which focuses on sustainability and its purely organic products. The wine selection is equally excellent; not vast, but well-balanced, and, importantly, reasonably priced! A truly wonderful experience, it's definitely worth a visit if you're in Jesolo on holiday!
