This is one of the most difficult reviews... judgment can't be separated from the bill, and according to the latter, everything should have been perfect, but unfortunately, it wasn't.
Nothing serious or particularly wrong, but a combination of factors that didn't allow us to reach a rating that met our expectations.
I won't dwell too much on the flavors; they're personal; my palate wasn't able to appreciate pairings like octopus and rabbit. The pasta served almost underdone, and the over-emphasizing of a "simple" salad seems excessive for the quality of the restaurant.
The service was impeccable in its courtesy, even if a little too pompous in its manner.
I expected perfection that I didn't find, and for this I'm disappointed, as my expectations were high after reading the comments from friends.
May these criticisms serve as a spur to rediscover the path to perfection that is within your reach.

They smile. The person who greets you at the entrance smiles, the photos of the founders smile, the extremely courteous chef smiles as he greets you at the end of a perfect dinner. And they are elegant, in their manners, in their dishes, in their table choreography, even in clearing the table. And they are all good, professional and discreet, yet present, attentive, and warm. And then there's the joy of the palate, which surprises and excites you. A small, concave plate where you dig in like a soft-boiled egg or a sea urchin. A pigeon liver chocolate. A crispy sweetbread that rivals foie gras. A mushroom that fills your palate with porcini mushrooms. And almond milk and Sauternes accompany a magical blend of licorice and lemon. Indeed, the Luogo di Aimo e Nadia is a magical place.

My wife and I, who are from the US, were just recently were married and came here on our honeymoon. It was a meal that either of us will never forget. The quality of service, food, and attention was top notch and likely something we will never experience in the US. I cannot thank the front of the house and kitchen stuff enough for such an incredible night. Absolutely worth a trip

We had dinner at Aimo e Nadia a few years ago. We ate à la carte.
The overall experience was positive, but an unfortunate incident marred the evening.
Some toothpicks hidden in my meat were forgotten while assembling my plate. While the head waiter reacted appropriately immediately, the chef approached us at the end of the dinner to explain that it was "something that could happen."
The restaurant is an institution steeped in tradition, worth trying at least once.

Wonderful experience
Location beautiful out from the city center chaos
Astonishing service, breathless food
But more then everything the availability of the two chefs and the manager , they often come to the table to explain dishes or small talks
