Simply outstanding. The staff were professional, attentive and warm. The decor was refined and provided a suitable backdrop to the food and impeccable service. The food was outstanding and inventive without being contrived. Every dish made sense and was in harmony but still managed to surprise. The quality of the ingredients was clear and the flavors were balanced and robust. The teams was incredibly accommodating to our vegetarian and pescatarian guests and modified the tasting menu with a smile and deft hand. A deep and fairly priced wine list with a knowledgeable and friendly sommelier added to the experience. Our table had a view of the kitchen and it was a delight to watch the team perform a culinary ballet. The chefs both spent time with us and were charismatic and genuine. I am hard pressed to remember a meal as fondly as this except thinking back to Bouley in the late 90s. I would not hesitate to go back and would plan a trip to Milan simply to dine here again. Bravo!

In love with this place, hospitality, service, amazing food. A starred restaurant where there is harmony rather than contrasts in the menu. Because contrasting tastes is easy, making a harmonious dish is not for everyone.

Un posto d’amici, di conversazione, un’alcova di buona cucina e chiacchiere sussurrate. Sessant’anni e non sentirli, in questo “non luogo” che diventa una sala di casa, dove gli arredi discreti non mettono in soggezione e suggeriscono comodità. Un omaggio a Milano che si riflette in piatti iconici e sempreverdi, dettati dall’estro di due chef a cavallo d’Italia. Un gusto che non ha mai del proibito, ma è tangibile a tutti, fino alla fine. Scivola tutto, come all’interno di un ingranaggio sempre oliato. Senza distrazioni. Da provare.

Esperienza incredibile, come sempre. L’amore per le materie prime, la voglia di fare piatti sempre nuovi, il piacere di sperimentare. Questi ragazzi migliorano sempre.
