Excellent food halfway between home cooking and more refined cuisine. Typical dishes at km 0 and you can perceive it, also thanks to the homemade and welcoming environment like the service! Wide choice of wines! Price slightly higher than expected but everything fits! I'll be back

The first course was of excellent quality, pappardelle with white wild boar ragout and walnuts.
The larded wild boar burger with spread bacon on a green salad is good. The homemade bread is also excellent.
Homemade desserts, delicious apple pie.
Friendliness and availability complete this lunch stop.

On the advice of a local friend (in the video) we discovered a real "Libridine".
It must have been Marisa's wise and resistant culinary arts or the welcoming words of the innkeeper Donatella, bathed in a delicious Sileo (San Giovese Grosso aged in amphora), or perhaps the cocoa on the guinea fowl with the spicy notes of the chilli pepper that made me led to think.
Then they made me try the black cabbage with garlic, the legume tart (like 11 legumes of which 12 are slow food products), other legumes (n.b. organic Tuscan beans from the Pereto farm in EVO oil, cooked in the cooking box) doused with a divine vinegar, I drank more wine and stopped thinking.
Recommended for those who can't stop thinking.

We ate there twice in the evening, unfortunately we were the only guests both times. The guest room was dark and cold when we arrived, but was immediately warmed up by the air conditioning. We enjoyed the food, all organic. The main course was a bit carelessly prepared. Good wines at fair prices, we found the food rather expensive. The service was nice and attentive.

Venite qui per rilassarvi, godere della vista sui boschi di Murlo e ovviamente per mangiare...
Le materie prime sono selezionate, non sempre locali ma, d'altronde, la qualita' si acquista dove si trova.
Vengo spesso qui e nonostante la cucina sia altalenante nei sapori, e i tempi di attesa siano variabili, ogni volta sono contento della esperienza anche e soprattutto umana: del resto cucina una persona ,non un robot,e per fortuna!!!

Location estremamente suggestiva. Ma cibo ordinario, poco saporito. Prezzi sproporzionati al tipo di ristorante (coperto € 2,50 a testa !!!!!!!)
