We ate at the Giamaranto restaurant in Sàsser. The dishes they prepared for us were very good! Appetizers: octopus with chestnuts, shrimp and chickpea cream with wild fennel, "cardoncello" mushrooms with tuna. Fillet of "ombrina" (jungle fish) with courgette mousse and borage. First courses: blueberry tagliatelle with roasted chestnuts and bacon, bean pizzoccheri with bacon and shrimps, black tagliolini with squid, bottarga and clams. Dessert: almond and chocolate parfait. The waitress and owner are very friendly and take great care of you!

Colleghi del luogo mi hanno descritto questo ristorante come uno dei migliori di Sassari e l'aspettativa non è andata delusa: abbiamo iniziato con una serie di antipasti di pesce fresco, tutti di qualità elevata, e poi una portata principale a testa. Io ho optato per i calamari alla griglia, che mi hanno sorpreso per la loro delicatezza. Il tutto è stato accompagnato da un ottimo vermentino sardo. Quando ho pagato il conto mi attendevo di spendere di più.

I don't give 5 stars everywhere because perfection cannot exist.
I have been frequenting this restaurant for many years. Among the best in the city if not the best but these rankings take their time.
The guys are fantastic, food and customer care with an attention to detail that gives it that extra edge.
I highly recommend it because the value for money is truly balanced and you will hardly be disappointed by their culinary offering.

Il ristorante offre la possibilità di degustare ottimi piatti a base di carne e pesce, con materie prime di ottima qualità ed una cucina sapiente ed esperta. Il personale è preparatissimo ed il cliente viene messo a proprio agio in tutto. Davvero una gran bell'atmosfera ed un ambiente piacevolissimo.

We were near Sassari at lunchtime, before boarding in Porto Torres...even though it was Monday, the restaurant was open. Managed by three very friendly partners, the proposed menu is original and tasty without overdoing it, satisfaction 💯!
Upon entering we saw 2 boxes of fresh aromas delivered: for me, who use them a lot in the kitchen, they are a guarantee of quality and in fact we were not disappointed.... I assure you: I have a somewhat demanding palate and the mixed starter with, followed by the prawn ravioli... I really liked them! The character of chef Antonello Casula's dishes is delicate and tasty😋🤩 super recommended!
