An elegant restaurant where healthy and tasty eating is guaranteed Excellent service, the owner of a unique elegance, The highlight is always the variety of starters, the first and second courses are also fantastic It's a shame for the people who, despite the elegance of the place, shout rather than speak In fact, I would urge you to respect the place otherwise there are plenty of trattorias in Ss where you can yell I highly recommend it for an elegant audience

By going to eat in this restaurant you take a dive into the past of a few decades. The food is cooked and presented as it was done in the 90s, including cream in the fish first courses! Furthermore, a menu is not provided so, in addition to not knowing how much you will spend, it is practically impossible to remember the dishes that are listed by the waiters. In the end the bill is adequate for the raw material but the kitchen definitely needs to be renewed and opened up to the new millennium. Very attentive and friendly service.

We ate at the Giamaranto restaurant in Sàsser. The dishes they prepared for us were very good! Appetizers: octopus with chestnuts, shrimp and chickpea cream with wild fennel, "cardoncello" mushrooms with tuna. Fillet of "ombrina" (jungle fish) with courgette mousse and borage. First courses: blueberry tagliatelle with roasted chestnuts and bacon, bean pizzoccheri with bacon and shrimps, black tagliolini with squid, bottarga and clams. Dessert: almond and chocolate parfait. The waitress and owner are very friendly and take great care of you!

Colleghi del luogo mi hanno descritto questo ristorante come uno dei migliori di Sassari e l'aspettativa non è andata delusa: abbiamo iniziato con una serie di antipasti di pesce fresco, tutti di qualità elevata, e poi una portata principale a testa. Io ho optato per i calamari alla griglia, che mi hanno sorpreso per la loro delicatezza. Il tutto è stato accompagnato da un ottimo vermentino sardo. Quando ho pagato il conto mi attendevo di spendere di più.

04/01/2025: Lunch below par.. disappointing.. Very kind, warm and welcoming environment, but compared to the last time something has changed in the kitchen. Mixed starter, too simple and cheap and with a very salty tuna which, among other things, at our table in a dish, was really missing. First, a little hard/raw pasta and a small dish that seemed more like a tasting than a course. The seasoning is good. Second, however fresh but a small fish and a potato leaf.. Desserts not bad but even the classic Seadas had some shortages.. it must be the period we Italians are experiencing.. Overall, the costs will have increased for everyone, perhaps due to some internal family problem, in addition to some errors and distractions, the fact is that the amount paid this time was a little excessive.
10/11/2024: Abundant, tasty and genuine home cooking. Simple and sincere environment. For those who don't like pretentious places. Very recommended

24/03/2025: I think that Trigu is the pizzeria par excellence, pizza reigns supreme in every sense, with attention to the smallest details, beautiful to look at and very good to eat... I was struck by the taste of the tasty and tasty ingredients... congratulations to the pizza chefs. The staff is kind and courteous, you immediately notice that good humor reigns, for me the atmosphere is top notch, soft music with an adequate volume served as the background for the whole evening. We will return with great pleasure. Salvatore Serra
