Very nice pizzeria, let's say a 4 star pizzeria. With impeccable service and a varied but not exaggerated choice of pizzas. I would say the quality of the pizza was good, light and with expertly dosed ingredients, even the rocket, which is usually thrown in with a trowel in pizzas, was dosed so as not to cover the other flavours. The price? Based on the location and the quality of the service and food, I would say it is on average compared to other pizzerias that are significantly inferior. Cozy and clean place. Excellent and fast service. However, the food was not up to our expectations. The 3 of us had polenta with cheese and mushrooms, 2 tagliatelle with mushrooms and baked ricotta, a wild boar steak, 3 Menabrea draft beers, a tiramisu and a coffee cream. The polenta was good as standard. The tagliatelle were decent but the baked ricotta eaten with the pasta and mushrooms didn't add anything to the dish which instead clearly improved after supplementing it with some parmesan brought to the side. The wild boar rib was tough and not cooked to perfection, the side chestnuts were so flaky that they couldn't be picked up with a fork and had no taste and the blueberry jam was a questionable match. In the tiramisu the mascarpone had a predominant flavor and the coffee was not noticeable at all. The Menabrea beers are excellent. All this is obviously a subjective taste but there were three of us who tasted all the dishes and the opinions are signed by everyone. However, everything can be improved. The total price is normal, polenta and tiramisu a little too expensive for the quantity.

Really excellent pizzas. Quite welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. The facilities are very clean.

Excellent location in front of the castle, fast service, good food, it doesn't make separate accounts but spontaneously divides Roman style, in the case of people who have to justify costs to companies it's a problem

Wonderful as always! If you come for a tour of Castelfranco, I absolutely recommend going to the galleon to eat a pizza or some of the dishes on the restaurant menu. The raw materials are fresh and optimally combined, the portions are right and the price is more than honest. The staff and owners are very kind and super helpful!! The final gem are the desserts, especially the panna cotta with their berry sauce. Very good indeed!

Great location, with large indoor and outdoor dining. Excellent service, excellent menu. Food was quick to arrive, nicely presented, flavoursome and portions just right. Recommended.
