The food, the service and the atmosphere/view are all great. But when the place is too crowded, there's too much noise and you cannot enjoy it.

Great find in the center of Castelfranco! Il Galeone offers a wide selection and is good value for money. Very tasty dishes and always smiling staff. A special mention for the Aperol Spritz: perhaps the BEST I have ever had! There is also a large parking lot right in front of the restaurant. Excellent pasta with duck ragù and coffee cream for dessert. Tested on May 28, 2025 in the evening.

I have been visiting Italy for 25 years and Galeone has the stable quality!!! Best pizza I have eaten!!! And also the price/quality level is very good!!!

I organized two dinners with large groups at the Galeone d'Oro and I can only leave a positive comment. The organization was impeccable, the staff helpful and attentive, even with many people. The food was much appreciated by all the guests: carefully prepared dishes served with reasonable timing. The atmosphere of the place contributed to making the evenings truly pleasant. All the participants were happy and complimented me on my choice. I will definitely be back!

We return here periodically as a family. You can't go wrong in going to the Galeone to eat. I find friendly and helpful staff, dishes for all tastes. On this occasion I didn't have much of an appetite and was looking for something tasty, I found asparagus, eggs and baked artichokes. Spectacular. The hamburger and egg pasta with seasonal ingredients are also good. Good selection of wines and beer. Absolutely recommended place.

18/06/2025: My trusted Osteria, a regular stop for lunches, dinners, aperitifs and birthdays for years. Michele, the chef, is very good and works hard. Every day new dishes on the menu and a large quantity of delicious cicchetti. I recommend to all those who make the right choice to stop by here to ask if the "Pancetta del Morer" is available, delicious and prepared by the Chef. The Hosts and Waiters are super friendly and helpful, it is always a pleasure to stop by and have a laugh together. The place is beautiful, in perfect "osteria" style. It has many tables, both inside and outside. The outside of the osteria is my favorite, all surrounded by plants (privacy) with the huge Morer that provides shade during the hottest days, my oasis 😜 So, for those who haven't understood, I recommend everyone to stop by here!
24/05/2025: Each lunch with a "fixed" menu has several possible choices, with very home-made and very good cuisine. Really friendly staff. It makes you want to go back!
